My Central FL CVS ad has the Oral Care 5/$5 on the back cover but does not list the Aquafresh toothbrushes as part of the sale items. For Aquafresh it’s just the 6.4oz paste. Are the brushes an unpublished item that’s part of the sale or is there a regional difference in this week’s ad?
I would price check, I just came back from CVS and some of the items including the aquafresh kids toothbrushes were not labeled, I priced checked and they were indeed 5/$5

The aquafresh kids toothpaste is also part of the deal, priced at $1. There was a coupon for $1 off in today’s 4/17 RP. I just went and got 3 toothbrushes and 1 toothpaste. You don’t need to get 5 items for them to ring up at $1 each.

It must be. I live in Oklahoma and I didn’t see it either.
At my store in Detroit, they were labeled as 5/$5, but of course there were none left. I asked for a raincheck and the cashier said they don’t give out rain checks until wed, because that is when their truck comes in. I told him I shop on Sundays, plus, I was going to be out of town for Easter. Anyone else been told they can’t have a rain check for an advertised item on Sunday?

I’ve never been told that before. Sounds like they just did not want to take the time to do it. I would ask for a mgr next time or call the store. HTH 🙂
I’ve gotten rain checks on Sundays. There’s always the chance that they won’t get the item in on the truck, or that it will sell out again before you get back.
That’s a pile of made-up-ed-ness. They can write a raincheck any day of the week. If they are out of stock, then you should get your raincheck right then and there while you are in the store. You should not have to come back to the store for it another day.
Not as good of a coupon, but Aquafresh’s website has $0.50 coupons for the kids toothbrushes.

Does Wal-Mart price match CVS deals? I know that these 5 for $5 items will be gone all week.
I’m pretty sure they will match this because it is a straight price of $1 each. If it was $2 then 1 ECB so it is “like getting it for $1” then they would not match it.

no, you don’t need to buy 5 to get the sale price. Just buying one with your EB card will ring up $1.00.

The Kids Toothpaste is also included at the $1 price and my area had a $1/1 q for the kid’s toothpaste. 🙂

I’m in Southern California… my store doesn’t have the Aquafresh kids toothbrushes or paste on sale. It’s not on their advert either. I do have coupons from the RP coupon insert from today’s paper. If anyone in So Cal can find this deal, please let me know!

I’m in Houston and my CVS didn’t have the toothbrushes either. But they did have the toothpaste…so I got them free with yesterday’s coupons! I’m going to try and price match at Walmart later this week too.
Went to CVS and adult and kid toothbrush or kids paste where not marked down.. I had to have them change the price on adult toothbrushes but they said no to the kids because it didnt say kids… whats up with that……help?
