    I’d imagine they aren’t equipped with a call center to handle the huge influx of calls. Hip2Save has over 81k followers …. I don’t know of ANY call center that could handle call volume like that!! LOL!!

    On their facebook page it says you can email: melissa@coffeegiant.com with your coffee request and mailing address and they will send you some — I tried that way since the phone lines are all busy!
