WooHoo! I just found out about a great new site called Crowdtap that allows you to tap in to engage with brands, test products, and earn cash while helping charities at the same time! I also noticed that they have an awesome opportunity available through 4/29 where you can apply to host an Old Navy Spring Accessories Party through Crowdtap! To apply to host the Old Navy Spring Accessories party, you’ll need to…
1.) Invite your friends via Facebook
After you’ve signed up and been accepted as a party host, you can schedule a party on Facebook and invite your friends.
2.) Get your party kit in the mail
Your party kit, filled with samples and other goodies, should arrive in a few days.
3.) Host the party
Open the kit, and distribute the goods. After you and your friends have had a chance to try out the the samples, you’ll fill out surveys and submit photos to provide feedback.
4.) Get rewards and points
After the surveys have been filled out and submitted, you will receive a cash reward for hosting the party. You’ll also be awarded Crowdtap points, which qualify you for new opportunities down the road.

How Does it Work?
By signing up with Crowdtap, you’ll be presented with a variety of opportunities to complete and you’ll be helping brands make major marketing decisions as well as help spread the buzz about products you like! You’ll also be able to answer “Info questions” that will help them better match you with more opportunities. How do you earn cash rewards? You can earn cash by earning top awards as a result of providing meaningful responses in discussions and participating in discussions daily. Also, once you reach level 5 you will receive a 5% cash bonus for every $10 you earn.
1.) Just head on over here and sign up for a Crowdtap account with your Facebook account
2.) Answer a few polls (click on Quick Hits) to help brands target you by your interests
3.) View Opportunities and participate with the brands and offers that interest you
4.) Earn status, rewards, and charity – the more you do, the more you get, the more you give!
How do the Rewards Work?
After your account reaches at least $10, you’ll be able to redeem your earnings in the following ways…
*Cash Rewards – Certain activity launched by brands will earn you cash rewards.
*Gift Cards – Your Crowdtap cash can be redeemed for Amazon.com gift cards
*Help Charities – You can choose to help your selected charity
*Free Products – Some activities will also offer free products and other goodies
Keep in mind that you’ll need to earn at least $9.99 before you can “redeem” your earnings (you’ll just click on the “redeem link at top”) AND 5% will automatically go to the charity you select on signup which Crowdtap will match. Then just choose to donate the rest to a charity or get an Amazon gift card e-mailed to you!
Also, the points you earn determine your “level” and each level you obtain gives you privileges on the site and showcases your accomplishment. However, keep in mind that points and dollars are completely separate in Crowdtap. Points will help you level up, unlock badges, and compete with your friends while moving up the leaderboard. Dollars translate to real money and can be redeemed for Amazon gift cards or donated to your selected charity. Individual actions can earn you points, dollars, or both but points and dollars are not directly related to one another.

I have been a member of crowdtap for a few months. Please keep in mind though they allow you to apply for the hosting opportunites they will not chose you until you reach a certain level by participating on the site. But I encourage all to sign up who are interested and spend the time earning your points so you will be eligible for the next free hosting or sampling opportunity they offer. They seem to offer a new one every few weeks or so.

Oh you need to be a level 3 to participate. I think to be at level 3 you have to have 2500 point accumulated.
I’m at level three and still don’t qualify… they must be looking for a specific demographic??
They are looking for 25-35 women from what it said on the FB page and some other things I sure.
Crowdtap is GREAT! I’ve been using it since december and I am at the gold level now. It takes a little for you to be able to start participating in discussions and sample shares but is totally worth it! On top of that, when you answer the quickhits you get a chance to earn money which in turn you can redeem for Amazon gift cards or donate it all to charity, your choice! You’ll need $10 to cash out, but once you do it, you get the code in no time. Also, the more you participate in discussions (you need to be at level 2 I believe for you to be invited to participate in discussions) and the more involved you are in the forums the more chances to win money, and points to level up.
I have been so lucky to participate in the last 2 Old Navy sample shares. There was one in March for ankle jeans and another one this month for Spring dresses, which I redeemed last week btw, and all kits came with 4 coupons. One for you and 3 to share. So, free jeans AND spring dresses just for your opinion and comments is a GREAT deal if you ask me. At the end all you need to do is submit a report which is a 5 min survey, and if you upload pictures even more points you get!
So, yes not everyone will get in on the ON sample shares, but there are others and you can be selected for one and it is soooo worth it. =)
How do you know if you qualify for the ON party or not? I applied as soon as I created my account, then read the previous comment that said you needed to be at level 3, so quickly did a bunch of surveys until I got to level 3. I haven’t heard anything about if I was accepted or not, when do you find out? I am in the 25-30 age range, so here’s hoping! 🙂
been on this site for about an hour and have racked up a lot of point quickly… so easy i’m not sure how its going to work…
I applied to host the ON party and quickly racked up points to reach level 3. Under my application status it says “your answers are being moderated. you will receive an email when u are approved”. exactly what does that mean? also, did u get the coupons for free dresses/jeans in addition to what they name for the party kit or no?
That’s what mine says too. Not sure if it means we’re in, or they haven’t decided yet…
I have been a member for awhile and not sure yet it is worth all the time. You really need to be on there 24-7 to make any money and it seems like you do a lot of work for not much in return, just my 2cents.
They will notify you if you have or have not been accepted. I’ve applied to these events before, and I didn’t get accepted even though I’m at level 5.

I just received an email saying I was selected! Im soo excited! I wonder though, will I receive coupons for these items or will I receive the actual items in the party kit?? hmm??
I’m so bummed! I had a form to apply for the Old Navy spring accessories party and I was tired last night so I was going to fill it out today — my computer restarted overnight so I lost the form and don’t seem to qualify now 🙁
