I wish we had these around here! But none in the north, it seems.

    • Jessica

What is the north? I am in WI, and we have a ton of them!

Great find! but, can you use Hobby Lobby coupons on sales and clearance?

    • zinkemomx2

I don’t think the 40% off coupons can be combined with other promotions. But if something is on sale for 30% off they will use the 40% off instead if you ask. I wish they combined because those would be some awesome sales.

I think I might go look for a t-shirt or two today.

Hi, You can not use the 40% off coupon on sale or clearanced items. But, you can get some great deals with other things. 🙂

Do you know when the tshirt deal is over?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Their sales start on Monday and end on Saturday (they are closed Sunday).

Im not sure if all Hobby Lobby’s do this but mine will allow you use their coupon by simply showing them one on your cell phone. The coupon does not have a scan bar however all the cashier does is to check the expiration date then type in the percentage off.

Hey it saves on printing and as long as you have your phone with you your good to go.

I was thinking about making some t-shirts. Does anyone know if there is a way to print a graphic on transfer paper? I’ve never done it. Thanks!

    • Tricia

at hobby lobby they sell iron on transfer paper actually. you print whatever you want on it (backwards of course) and iron it on to the t-shirt 🙂 i used to do it with my friends in grade school. maybe you could use the 40% off coupon for the paper! 😀

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Can you you print something from the computer onto the transfer paper? Thanks!

        • Heather

          Yes, you can!

    • Lisa

read the instructions on the special transfer paper, as some say to reverse the image, but I’ve also had some that you print correctly, peel off the back, and iron with a wax-paper like cover.

Thank you so much for this post…it was an answer to prayer, really! For our small groups last get together, my daughter is helping me plan “The Amazing Race”. I needed t-shirts for 8 couples, and they had to meet this criteria,1. not to expensive, 2. eight different colors (one color for each team), and 3. needed large and xl t-shirts. Well let me tell you Hobby Lobby’s t-shirts fit all 3 criteria. Best part (besides the price) is that there were enough colors to choose from, that no man will be stuck having to wear PINK! Altho’ in hindsite, that may have been fun too! Thanks again for all the hard work you do Collin.

Thanx for this heads up. I am so in need of t shirts. I know my hubby is tired of my “Sick of Spending” and my Vistaprint “Lost” tee shirt that I made! ha!

  9. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Great to use as a night shirt!

I’m so glad I faithfully check here daily! My daughter is having a slumber party this weekend and we are tie dying shirts. I was headed out today to buy them–this save me a lot of $$$!!! Thanks so much for posting this! 🙂

Are these shirts 100% cotton or 50/50?
