For a sec, I thought this would be a mag on avoiding GMO’s, which be much more interesting than propaganda about how eating fat is evil. 😀
actually, I was surprised when I saw “low-fat” in Collin’s description, because that’s not what eating clean is about and I’ve read all of the Eat Clean books by this author, etc and it’s definately doesn’t shun healthy fats, but educates you about which ones are healthy and the importance of including them at every meal.
