A tip to save your teeth. Take and swish with water after consuming your yummy drinks, that are loaded with citric acid, which can erode the enamel from your teeth-not saying it will on yours, but can, so that it neutralizes the acid and helps wash it away. I share this with you not to scare anyone away from from this product, as I still *love* to drink it-just in moderation, but to hopefully prevent others the expense and inconvenience I have experienced.
Trying to cut down on soda, which I did, I switched to drinking this product. Next dental visit, he was appalled at what had transpired since my last visit to cause the condition of my teeth. Trying to determine whether the cause was healthwise or what caused such rapid decay. History I will share is that I do have autoimmune diseases, including Sjogren’s Syndrome, but it has not affected my mouth to this tremendous degree between visits. The enamel looked like it had just been stripped from my teeth he said. I now have lower dentures. It was just the better road for me with all the other considerations.
So please just stop and think when you open a package of this to enjoy, especially if you give it to children. Make it a rule that if that are going to enjoy it that they must agree to take a couple of sips of water and swish and swallow after drinking. And of course, you too! I always carry extra plain water so I can sip, after I’ve enjoyed my flavored water. Want to keep my remaining teeth. And of course brush and floss!
I don’t know if I’ve ever tried Crystal Light, but with this coupon I will have to try it!

Thanks for the Q! I have been drinking this for years with no concerns from my dentist. There may be some underlying health problems that contribute. Just take care of yourself and stay healthy 🙂
Anyone else had problems printing these coupons lately? It’s not all bricks coupons, only the ones from facebook or a company. Coupons. com, target, smartsource, etc. do fine. It tells me sorry but your printer or printer configuration doesn’t support this setting. I’ve changed everything I can think of on settings and it is still not working.
I have found that since my printer doubles as a fax, some coupons will not print. I just purchased a second cheapo dell printer just for coupon printing and it resolved my problem. Ecentive coupons always reject my Epson 9400Fax printer.

Thanks for the heads up about the citric acid MA ~ have never heard of that. We have been drinking this for years with no enamel damage, but always good to be in the know about prevention!
About the printer concerns ~ I also have a cheapy HP printer I bought on Black Friday fr/ Walmart ~ $20! ( yet another shout out to Collin for posting about it! :)) that also takes cheap ink cartridges. It’s the only printer I use to print coupons and works like a charm. This sold the previous year for the same amount so I will be on the lookout next B. Friday ~ think I might pick up a back up just in case. Have had no trouble printing bricks or FB sponsored coupons with this one.
Which flavors are good? I’ve never tried it.
I like the regular lemonade. I’m on Weight Watchers and this is what i drink all the time! Yummy! =)
yep! Lemonade or Pink Lemonade for me too. My kids and I aren’t crazy about the fruit punch. Have never tried the other flavors or iced tea versions. I also carry around the individual “to-go” packets in my purse that flavor a bottle of water.
Orange sunrise ( I think that’s what they call it) is yummy! Also raspberry ice is good.
Kiwi/strawberry my favorite, lemonade 2nd, grape is good for a change, but by far not my favorite. But they are all good. I get the Crystal Light Pure Fitness-has *no* artificial sweeteners, flavors, or preservatives. It is sweetened with Truvia.

Also look on the shelves near these items in the grocery store. Recently our stores have had $1/1 on Crystal Light Pure Fitness, and $1/2 on any Crystal Light. I too love the kiwi strawberry crystal light pure fitness, and for those of us that don’t need the calories and can’t drink nutrasweet or sucralose, it is a real blessing that it is made from stevia.
