  Fish oil is good for your heart and to help with cholesterol. Depending on the type, it can have a great of omega – 3’s, which is great for one’s brain (which is why it is now a big deal with baby formula being developed with omega – 3’s and prenatals as well).

  It’s high in omega 3’s. Your body needs them but can’t produce them on its own. Decreases cancer risk (breast and colon) and great for heart health and depression mgmt. If you’ve ever heard the recommendation to eat fish 3x a week this is the reasoning behind it. I take a multivitamin and fish oil daily.
