Me too – I’m done with Shop at Home after buying the toaster oven. I e-mailed customer service and never heard back.
I emailed Annette in customer service at Shop at Home and she corrected my account to reflect the $8 cash back for the JCPenney purchase. I had even used the higher discount code. She was very professional and prompt to return my emails. I have had many problems in the past not getting a response from Shop At Home as well, so I’ll be holding on to her name for future reference!
I also NEVER get credit when I but something through them. Thry finally gave me credit for 1 purchase but not the other 2. I recently made another purchase and have yet to see my 3.00 cash back. So annoying

I got my 1st check for $20 right after Christmas. I’m almost ready for my next one. I did the toaster deal & didn’t have any problems. It took over 24 hours to credit, but it is there now.

Shop at Home made a mistake on how much I was supposed to get back from the toaster and I responded to email with Hip2save’s link on the wild offer and they credited my account. She told me they had problems crediting people’s accounts, but they fixed it. I have received a Shop at Home check yet but once I get $20 I should. I have gotten several Ebates check back. Last week I got a $45 one. Free money just for remembering to go through their links. Gotta love it.
I did this deal this morning (Wed morning) and it is now late Wed night and I don’t see any credits yet. This was my first time using them. I just signed up this morning so I was expecting to see the $5 and the $3 as well. I’ll check tomorrow. Maybe it takes over 24 hours. I’m a little nervous after reading everyone’s comments though.

This was my first transaction with them and I was expecting the $5 sign up credit with them as well. I didn’t get that either. After reading all the reviews about Shop At Home I don’t think I’m going to go through them again. Seems like a lot of work to always be tracking things down because things don’t credit properly. I am going to go back to linking through UPromise. I have never had a problem with them.

I did go through the right link and all..I had read the reviews and thought I’d be extra careful to do it “right”…should of just listened to those that reviewed it poorly and stayed away from Shop@home…I love, love, love using Ebates…never had an issue and get my quarterly checks consistently!!
