Which city is this deal listed under – I can’t find anything for my area (trying to go through Swagbucks for extra bucks)???

    • Suszy

I know it’s under Detroit – on the page it says Multiple Locations. HTH

      • B

        I don’t see it there.

        • Debbie

I don’t see it either. Does anyone know if it is showing up in other cities? I wanted to buy through ShopDiscover and can’t use the direct link from this post or I won’t get the credit through ShopDiscover.

  2. Katie

Do you know if we can use 2 vouchers in the same transaction? I bought it last week and I have their $10 off of $50 coupon, so if I had $40 worth of Groupon Vouchers, that would be a sweet deal!

    • Kristen

It can’t be used with any other coupons, so it wouldn’t work.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I wanted to use a 25% off one item coupon and the groupon voucher, but they wouldnt let me use them both in one transaction, so i had to make 2 different transactions.

      • Christy G.

Last week they let me use my Groupon, $10 off of $50 coupon and a $25 gift card. Sweet!

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I had the same $10 off $50 purchase coupon, a 25% off one men’s item, and the groupon, and they only let me use two of the three. The manager said they are only allowed to enter in 2 coupons per transaction, and the groupon was treated as a coupon, not cash or a gift card. She also said I couldn’t combine the $10 off $50 with my groupon, because they both had fine print saying they couldn’t be combined with other offers. Long story short, it was way too much of a hassle. I ended up putting some items back, and just using the groupon plus the 25% off one item.

  3. Tammy

This deal was listed as a special deal in my email box. I used my $10 credit for being a new member and got this deal free! Woo hoo!

  4. B

I’m trying to find this through the Groupon mobile app. Which cities is it under? Can’t believe the app doesn’t have a search feature!

  5. Ashlee

I had gotten an email that if you purchase any groupon through their mobile app through June 28 you get a $10 credit. So if you haven’t made a purchase yet on their app it would be like getting this free!

    • Lisa

Which city can you find it on the Mobile App?

      • Ali

I dont think you can find it on the app. 🙁 I searched every city and couldn’t find it. Groupon is very smart! (they really do need to get a search function though! they dont even have one on their website…its got to be planned that way)

  6. C

I bought this last time and it was awesome. It is not showing under my city. Can I still get it and use it in my city?

  7. LaToya

    I don’t see it under Detroit…other cities…?

  8. Sara K.

i was too happy with this deal… I am a shopper on a tight budget. I was expecting to only have to spend about $10 total including buying the $10 groupon, but when I went up to the register at old navy, they told me I had to have $30 worth of merchandise in order to use the groupon…. So i ended up having to spend double what I thought…. I felt like i had been tricked … Not going back to old navy for awhile …

    • Elle

That doesn’t seem right!! I didn’t have this problem. I would call groupon and they guarantee that you will be happy with your groupon and if not they will give you your money back. I would let them know what happend for sure!

    • Heather

great i should have read your comment befor ei brought, i brought last time and then i just did again.

    • Ehrin

I don’t think that’s right either. We didn’t have that problem at all. Our subtotal was $22.50. After the Groupon, we paid a little over $3 at the register, which included tax of course, and in total, I paid $13+ for a pair of shorts and a swimsuit for my hubby. I think I would also do some investigating and/or complaining!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Definitely let Groupon know. They will take care of you. They have always been very responsive and helpful for me when I have problems with a vendor.

    • olymama

Definitely let Groupon know. They will take care of you. They have always been helpful and very responsive when I have had problems with vendors in the past.

    • Dorothy

That wasn’t part of the terms at all. I used mine to purchase $22 worth of merchandise and had no problem. “At least $30” was NOT part of the terms.

I agree about contacting Groupon. They’ve been great with helping me sort out problems I had with a vendor and they refunded my money when the vendor wasn’t helpful.

In the future, shoppers might want to print out the terms of the Groupon or bring them up on the mobile ap when you shop.

    • LIsabella

I used my last Groupon to pay for a 20 dollar item and paid nothing OOP. No problems. Sounds like you got a crappy cashier/manager. I’d be making some phone calls.

      • Melissa

I used mine yesterday, my pretax was $22.xx. $10 came off as a coupon and the other $10 as a gc payment. IDK what your manager was talking about, the groupon clearly states a $20 or more purchase, not $30! I would call Old Navy CS, b/c there is no reason you should have needed to spend another $10 to use your coupon.

    • C

I agree, that doesn’t sound right. I didn’t have to spend $30. I would have thrown a fit!

  9. Whitney

Oh and I used one yesterday for exactly $20 and they took it no problem.

  10. Cassie

I tried to use the last groupon for the 60% off shorts promotion and they said I couldn’t. So I don’t know if it really is good with in-store promotions. I didn’t have any coupons, b/c I know the groupon can’t be combined with any. But I thought I would be able to use it on sale stuff and I couldn’t. Maybe it was just my store.

    • Ehrin

We used ours on some shorts that were on sale for $12, and a swimsuit that was actually clearanced to $10.50. We had no problems — I think it was your store!!!

    • Elle

My store wouldn’t let me either but I think it is because that those shorts were their “one day wonder sale” and I’m pretty sure I read somewhere that the groupon could not be used on the one day wonder sales.

  11. Chelsey

Can you use this on clearance items?

    • jen p

I was able to use the last one on clearance items in Salt Lake City, UT

  12. Carla Brazil

It was posted here a while back how to buy Groupon deals trought Swagbucks but I can’t find it. Does anyone know how do do it?

    • Crystal

You have to click through a Groupon link under the Daily Deals, then find the groupon you want. I had one earlier but when I clicked it gave me an error and then when I went back, the link was gone 🙁

      • Carla Brazil

        Thanks a lot!
I thought I saw a post a while back teaching how you can’t find the deal on Swagbucks when the deal is not under the city you’re looking for. You have to copy and paste some links and things like that. It was a bit complicated.

  13. Shelby

I got this last time. Just fyi, the Collectabilitees shirts aren’t by Old Navy so I couldn’t use my groupon for them (found that out the hard way:). I could use it for sale items but not for the ‘one day wonder’ sale. Make sure the items you buy all qualify for the groupon.

  14. jen

Does anyone know what city this is listed under?

    • Joy

just click on the link collin has posted “$10 old navy for $20” and it takes you right there.

  15. xstitchUT

The fine print for this Groupon –
Not valid on purchases of Collectibilitees, MLB®, NBA®, NHL®, NFL®, college team, jewelry, school uniform, Gerber®, or TechnoWorld merchandise.

  16. Sarah

Can I buy this through swagbucks?

    • bfam

I just bought it through Swagbucks. You can click on the link on swagbucks for whatever they have listed and then edit the part of the link for the old navy promo. “old-navy-national-2” instead of whatever it sends you to

      • Lisa

Thank you thank you thank you!

      • Laura

Thanks! Worked for me and I got my swagbucks! 🙂

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

        awesome! thanks!

  17. Jeannie

Does anyone know if I can use two groupons at once? I still have mine from last time & didn’t know if I could purchase $40 worth and pay with two groupons. Thanks.

    • LS

You can try but I don’t think you can. I work at ON. There are two codes on your Groupon, one is a coupon code and the other is an e-gift card. Typically you can’t use 2 coupon codes in one transaction unless they are our credit card reward certificates but you can always try! Also, because the first code is a coupon code, if you decide to return anything you bought with your Groupon you LOSE it! Make sure you just make exchanges. You keep the $10 Gift Card portion since that is what you paid for the Groupon but you will definitely lose the other $10.

      • Jeannie

Thank you so much for explaining that.

  18. shoehoard

Thank you, Collin! I love Old Navy Groupons! Used the last one as well. Great for picking up summer t-shirts!

  19. Noel

Has anyone been able to find this through the Groupon Mobile App? I’d like to get the $10 Groupon Bucks for using the app… but this particular deal isn’t showing up.

    • Debbie

      I can’t find it either 🙁

    • B

I know! I want to do the same thing and I can’t find it. I’m kinda frustrated.

    • cindy

I just sent an email to the rewards department regarding not being able to access the Old Navy “National Deal” from their App and this is their reply:

Unfortunately, this is one of our “WOW” deals and is only accessible directly from the website.

Sorry guys! Guess there are some exclusions to purchasing through the App..

  20. Amy

If we got the last deal can we get this one too?

    • brittany

i bought the last one and it let me buy it again this time 🙂

  21. Betsy

Awesome! And for some reason I have 5 “groupon bucks” so it’s only $5 for me!! I have no idea where this came from, I’m sure something Colin posted before! Thanks!! Can’t beat $20 worth of clothes for $5! 🙂

  22. B

For those looking for this deal on the app:

I emailed customer service asking why I couldn’t find it on the app. They said, “That particular deal was a targeted promotion that did not go to all customers. However, you can access it here: https://www.groupon.com/deals/old-navy-national-2 As a rule, national deals will still be sent to your mobile app.”

So I believe it won’t be available on the app.

    • jr

I called customer service and was told that you can use the mobile app if the OLd Navy deal was emailed to you. Other wise it will not show up.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I typed this one in exactly as you posted, and it went through on my mobile. Now just to wait and see if I get the credit or not… because I had to pay for this Groupon like normal. Thanks.

  23. Tiffany

So, do we just need the link from the e-mail? Did anyone get the ON deal e-mailed to them? If so, please post the link so we can buy the groupon through the app for free!
    (-;

  24. christina

I was upset last Sat when I couldn’t use my groupon on the 60% shorts. Don’t think I will buy another one whe I can’t use it on the current sale. So I had to buy another $20 worth of things on top of my $110 worth of shorts.

  25. Tiffany

Okay, here’s what I did to make this deal even better. I used the mobile app to buy the $2 Blockbuster kiosk deal that Collin previously posted. Then, I’ll get the $10 credit posted to my account, which I can turn around and use to purchase the ON deal. I talked to customer service and they said the $10 SHOULD post to my account within 24 hours, which would still make the ON deal valid, but if it doesn’t post, they said I could call back and they’d take care of it manually. $2 isn’t a bad deal for $20 worth of ON clothes and 5 DVD rentals. Plus, I sent ON an e-mail after Saturday’s short sale because my store only had 6 pair of shorts total (and I was the 1st one in the door), and they sent me a $10 gift card, so this makes a great score for me!

    • Brittany

      It’s sold out now. 🙁

    • B

Where did you find the $2 Blockbuster one on the mobile app?

  26. Krystal

Oh no, it says it’s sold out! Does anyone have a link that’s still working?

    • Nicole Wells

Found it under Memphis… $2 Blockbuster deal.

  27. Stacey McB

    they r sold out

  28. Mary

Glad I managed to get mine!

  29. elyse s

I just clicked on the expired link and it is still showing as available. I just got one.

  30. karlee

Just got one at 11 central time.

  31. Amy

darn! I missed it! Thanks for posting though! For some reason most of the afternoon I couldn’t get to your site – so glad to see it back.
