Says only valid in UT and ID AND at participating retailers. If my retailer takes it, does that mean they’re participating?

I printed the milk and cheese coupons even though I don’t live in Utah or Idaho. I figure the worst that can happen is my store doesn’t accept it. I buy milk anyways so it won’t be a big deal…

I am sorry, but these coupons for ID and UT only! you cannot use them in other states, it would be illegal
does this work at walmart since they will take anybody’s coupons? please let me know asap. this would be a great coupon to use since i need milk. lol. i live in washington state.
