Can someone please help me? For the longest time I was able to print Bricks coupons on my Macbook. Now, it keeps saying it doesn’t support my printer or one of my printer settings. I’ve set my printer to default and it still won’t print them. I don’t get it and I need to be able to print from this computer! Thanks!!!
I’m clueless on computer stuff, but when you go to print a coupons (dot) com it brings up that page that says that and tells you how to fix it and then come back and press “Print”? It’s been doing that to me too..on my PC. When I just click “Print” because I know my printer is checked..and my settings are correct..it just brings me to that same page telling me Sorry fix the problem..
But if I open my Fax/Printers from Control Panel and right just click on my already checked printer icon..then click on “Properties” at the bottom. Under “Advanced” I see my “Keep Printed Documents” isn’t checked just like its suppose to be. I just check it..then UN-check it…close it back to the “print” page and hit print and it prints right out with no problem. This just started happening within the last few days. I heard theres some “hiccups” when using a Mac so don’t know if this helps you at all. But its just what I do when it happens and it fixes it, though I usually have to repeat the process when I go to print out another coupon at another time.
