I too received a random single patch but NEVER thought it was my $29.99 valued mystery item! I e-mailed 1saleaday, the 1st was an automatic response that they just send out without even knowing if it was mailed or not:

Do they really send items from other company’s without knowing what’s inside. I know the item was free but geez, that doesn’t mean they should lie.
