It’s not open to people in all states. Luckily Twix isn’t the only candy bar sold, nor are the makers of Twix the only candy company today. As I recall, Pan American Airlines, also used to push much of their advertising on people in certain states as well.

I didn’t win anything and I am not real thrilled that I gave them my address. I hope they don’t give it out to other companies and I don’t wind up with a bunch of junk mail. I think they shouldn’t require your address unless you actually win something. I could care less about losing, I just don’t like getting bunches of stuff in the mail that I didn’t sign up for.
