I got all the way to the end and then got an error when I clicked the last button and it said my cart was empty. Now it won’t let me try again, saying the code’s already been used. I wonder if the order went through? There’s nothing in my email about it.

Make *sure* to check the sizing chart for women’s shirts – I’m usually a medium, and had to order an XL from these guys!

Weird – website worked fine – I checked out the shirts and everything – the took and completed the survey and now the website doesn’t work. Fishy…
Those of you who had an order go through, did you get a confirmation e-mail? I got to the last page to submit and got an error. I clicked “back” and it said this would be a duplicate order. I’m not sure if I got my order through or not.
I got it to go through and received the e-mail finally.

If you order, make sure to check the size chart. A woman’s XL is size 8-10.
Completed the survey earlier and received a coupon code. Tried to apply it to my order and it said “expired”. Called customer service and they were disinterested in what I had to say. They said “we HAD to cancel all survey coupon codes” and could not explain why. She also stated that they would not be offering anything as a substitution and there was nothing she would do for me. What lousy customer service! I certainly wont be spending my money here.
I had a so-so experience as well. When I entered the coupon code I received after taking the survey, the page bounced back telling me my coupon was expired. I called their toll free CS number and was told that even though I had a coupon code, they would only honor it for items they still had in stock which apparently was not very much. Apparently they got hit really hard and were sold out of many of the less expensive things. I asked about using the coupon code after they restocked but they really discouraged me, saying it would be at least three months before they were restocked. The woman I spoke with actually said that the plain women’s t-shirts, the item I wanted to purchase, would not be restocked at all. I think I’ll hold onto my coupon code and see what happens. For those of you who still find something on the site to purchase, I was told that they *WOULD* honor the coupon codes – you just had to contact CS to have them put the order through for you.
I took the survey but decided not to get anything. Someone can use my code.

Those that are interested, if you like their page on facebook you can receive a $5 coupon credit towards your next purchase. (I just did it)
I also emailed customer service and they said they were sorry and if I wanted I could call and she would apply the discount over the phone. She also said that they are all out of adult t-shirts at the time.
I emailed them this morning, and they quickly responded with a new code. Just used it!
