Bloom.com: *HOT!* Offer on Beauty Products

Hip2Save may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you via trusted partners and affiliate links in this post. Prices and availability are accurate as of time posted. Read our full disclosure policy here.

Need to stock up on some new beauty products? If so, you’ll definitely want to check out this *HOT* offer available through Bloom.com (previously called Bloom Circle), valid today only! Here’s how it works….

* Head over to Bloom.com, sign-in/register for an account, and purchase at least $50 worth of products (you’ll see why below)! I chose the Tweezerman Mini Brow Rescue Kit for $25 (my brows need all the help they can get! 😉 ) and the Stila Stunning Starlet Palette for $25.

* Enter the offer code 40Back at checkout to snag $40 in Bloom Dollars (this offer expires today, June 30th, so be sure that you make your purchase today!)

* In addition, you’ll automatically get 10% of your grand total purchase amount back in Bloom Dollars (Use your BloomDollars to purchase any beauty products at Bloom.com; one BloomDollar is equal to one dollar. For example, if you’ve earned $25 BloomDollars, you have $25 to take shopping at Bloom.com; BloomDollars expire in one year). With my $50 purchase above, I’ll snag $5 in Bloom Dollars plus an additional $40 in Bloom Dollars from the 40Back offer. So, $45 in all!

* Plus, spend $50-$100 (like I did above) and you’ll snag a Gold Bloombox for FREE which contains 3 trial-size and 3 mid-size products. (You may even want to consider spending $100 and you’ll snag a FREE Platinum Boombox containing 5 trial-size, 4 mid-size AND 1 full-size product).

* In the end, I spent only $50 out of pocket and will be receiving the following: Tweezerman Mini Brow Rescue Kit, the Stila Stunning Starlet Palette, and the Gold Bloombox all shipped for FREE + will receive a total of $45 in Bloom Dollars to be used for a future purchase! Yippee! 😀

Note: The link above is my referral link. If you would prefer, you can go directly to Bloom.com.

(Thanks, Adrianna!)

Woops!! I accidentally had the comments turned off on this post. Sorry about that! 😀

Is this similar to the Birchbox program posted a few days ago? Has anyone tried both and is there a difference between the two?

    • Katie

This is a store, where you purchase things. Birchbox is to sample high end items.

    Details on Site say:
Receive $40 BloomDollars back when you place your first order of $40 or more. Offer valid on orders placed before midnight on June 20th, 2011.

    Did it get extended?

    • Collin

I actually received an email that the promo was extended through today, June 30th. 😀

      • Kari

        Thanks!

I recently did the same deal. You can actually turn around and use your bloom dollars right away, but the past several weekends they have had additional weekend bonuses announced on Facebook, usually requiring a $50+ purchase. If you save your bloom dollars for one of the bonuses (mine was pretty high value with a Stila makeup pallete, opi polish and something else but I don’t remember what it was) the qualifying purchase amount is before the bloom dollars are applied. You end up getting another bloombox of samples, your ordered items and your bonus shipped for ~$6 (depending on what you select).

If only you got it back in REAL cash! lol

When I tried to use the code it said 40Back is not valid? I have fragrance in my cart, I wonder if it doesn’t work on perfume?

Anyone who has bought from them and done all the deals – is it worth it? Do you feel like you’re getting a great deal on makeup. I ask that because I really probably shouldn’t spend the money right now but I’m addicted to makeup and some of the Stilla sets are only $14.00 which seems good for me, but I’m not sure. Ahhh. Haha. I need opinions.

Also what normally are the midsize products?

      • SimplySara

I’d say it was pretty worth it. I did two transactions, the first for the 40 bloom dollars back, and the second using the bloom dollars and a code for a bonus pack (which they seem to offer most weekends via announcement on their facebook page).

For my ~$56 I received (split into two orders):
        1. Olay Total Effects 7 moisturizer
        2. Anthelios sunscreen
        3. The Balm concealer
        4. The Balm concealer brush
        5. The Balm tinted moisturizer
        6. Stila Palette (part of the bonus, and it had more stuff in it than the one in Collin’s order)
        7. Opi polish (part of the bonus)
        8. Cargo Lip gloss (part of the bonus)
        9. The Bloombox – mine had about 8 sample packets (I think that’s what they mean by trial size), 4 trial size items (had enough for a few uses, I assume that’s their midsize) and a full size hair serum.

If I had to do it over again I wouldn’t have ordered the anthelios and the total effects because I can get better deals on those at the drug stores. I would have ordered more things from the premium brands because those are much more difficult to find deals on. That said, I can’t think of another way to get all the stuff above for only $56.

        • gaspitsnoel

Very true! I’m going to do it! Thanks for the input 🙂

Just placed my order! I was able to apply the $10 in Bloom Bucks I had in my account from signup to this order ($56-$10 spent $46 and got back 44.60 in Bloom Dollars back Instantly!)If anyone is looking for a good product for hair and Skin, Nioxin makes great products. I bought the recharging complex vitamins because they are the only things that seem to make my hair grow. I bought the 90 day supply so hoping if I stick with it this time I will see more results! Also bought an eyeliner. Hopefully I gete great samples too can’t wait…Thanks Colin!

    • gaspitsnoel

How did you get some for signing up? I don’t see any bloom bucks balances in my account.

Does anyone know if this deal applies to fragrance too?
    Thanks! 🙂

Can’t pass this offer! Thanks so much for posting it – I love that you say that we don’t have to use your referral link – I wouldn’t even think of not using it – but it just shows how much you’re out there to help us save money! Thanks 🙂

I really want to do this deal. But I can’t find anything except tweezers that looks like they are a decent deal. Anyone see anything???

  12. S

Any blush brushes anyone would recommend from here?

Also, I am curious too–how do you get the $10 credit. I didn’t get anything.

  13. JJscu

Until Friday, Stila.com has an 80% off section right now with some great deals! So I would suggest that you buy some other brands from Bloom until that Stila sale ends…

  14. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Does anyone have the link to Bloom’s facebook page? I can’t find them 🙁

  15. Kendra

I posted this deal to my blog yesterday! It was a good deal! I also am subscribed to the Birchbox, but this is fun as well. Anyways- I had a $10.00 credit so I only spent $40 and got the $40.00 credit plus the box.
