My in basket shows free ShopRunner shipping AND their shipping. Any ideas how to get their shipping charge removed?? DeeTrig is right — the shipping is more than two towels!!!
I noticed that only certain towels are showing up with the free shoprunner shipping. I had 3 in my card and it was showing up as both, so I had to remove one of the towels that didn’t qualify for the shoprunner shipping and then it worked. Kind of weird.
I just did this, got 4 towels shipped for 12.95! We have a pool and have my nephews over constantly, so can never have enough towels! I signed up for Shop Runner, which I may cancel before the 30 days, but it IS still a very good deal if you order online alot. Also, Toys R Us is doing FREE shipping on orders of $49 or more, so if you need any presents, etc right now, take advantage of this offer that way!
I honestly LOVE ShopRunner, and paid for a membership after doing the trial. Between Toys R Us and Babies R Us and drugstore.com and the fact that you can stack with coupons (oh, and Petsmart!) I am thrilled. I think there is ONE towel that for some reason isn’t qualifying for shipping Annie, that might be the issue – either that, or you are not signed up for/logged in to ShopRunner?

Yeah the turtle towel is not letting you get it with free 2 day shipping. I thought it was just my computer but I guess others are having the same problem!

When I tried to sign up for the Shop Runner you have enter your credit card info (even tho its a free trial) but it does not accept debit cards. I don’t have a real credit card, just a debit card so I wasn’t able to do this one.
My card is a bank-issued debit card with the Visa logo and it worked for me. They just run it as a credit card.

I used a debit card. It doesn’t let you use Prepaid debit cards, tried that.

The turtle towel didn’t give me the free shipping either. Bummer 🙁 But I did get several others. Between swim lessons and heading to the splash pad 2-3 times a week I never seem to have enough towels.
Great deal! I ordered 4 for my 2 kids!! I had the same problem with the Turtle towel not showing up for the free shipping, so I called TRU cust. service and they were super helpful! I placed my order through them and he was able to override the system and give me free shipping on all the towels! So with tax I paid just over 13.00 for 4 beach towels! Super exicted about this deal!! I was dragging my feet and hopeing to find some after season clearance, but this price is even better then that AND I will have them by July 7!! 🙂

I called and after a short wait, they offered me 50 % off all of the towels and free shipping, but it didnt work, so they charged me the full amount for towels with free shipping and then will credit my account the 50% off after the towels ship. Complicated, but I was already on the phone, so I went with it:) I hope they are decent towels!
I complete checkout then after I clicked submit it gave me a blank page. I refreshed it, and it says my cart is empty. Now item is out of stock. I signed up Shoprunner and wasted 15 minutes for nothing. 🙁
They still have the $7.99 ones left, those are only $3.99 after checkout!
The Turtles bath towel is NOT apart of the Shoprunner promotion. I called and spoke to a representative and she said something about different warehouses… So I promptly canceled my Shoprunner membership – it’s not worth it if only certain products count!
