I wondered if this was any good. We didn’t see it in the theatre, but I may take this deal. Thanks for posting!

I see all the antimated flicks but I thought this one was a dud. Love Depp but not here.

OT, but I just got an email from OWN, saying due to an overwhelming response, they will not be honoring the sample packs for many of the people (myself included) who took the time to take the survey. Disappointing 🙁

      Me too! Boo

Did not like this movie at all. Tooooo much adult humor. Would not recommend this movie to children.

This movie was horrible. Not for kids at all unless you let you kids watch lots of gun violence and drinking. We walked out!

      • Cammie

AGREED! I think we laughed MAYBE once….

My hubby and I have been looking forward to seeing this movie. Thanks for this post! 🙂

I just wanted to point out that this is not really appropriate for little kids. It is rated PG, which we sometimes let our 7 and 8 year old watch, but we were really disappointed with this. They actually say “Da** you to he**” in the movie. My kids pointed out the word “he**” at least 3 other times. I just wanted to make parents aware. Thanks.

I saw this movie in theaters and do not feel that this movie is appropriately rated. Even as a young adult in my mid-twenties (who does not have any children), I was shocked by some of the (inappropriate) content that this movie contained. I feel that this movie should have been given the rating of PG-13 due the number of inappropriate references, behaviors, and dialogue exchanges contained. I believe that this film tries too hard to appeal to the parents of the targeted audience and includes a number of distasteful jokes and scenarios that may only invite children to mimic such behaviors/attitudes. In my opinion, the quality of animation was the only positive aspect of this film.

This movie is COMPLETELY NOT APPROPRIATE for children. I went to see this movie at the theatre with my kids and it was horrible. Has adult humor – sexual innuendos – bad language. Made my mistake – will review movies prior to going to the theatre now.
