I don’t normally have anything to say about when these deals come across, but very disappointed in how this deal was presented. The “plumbzz” codes were only meant for bzz agents (like myself) who were accepted in the plum district bzz campaign. We were given this code to use on plum district and because it was posted on this site and many others the code is not working anymore. I was a VALID member of the campaign and didn’t get to use this code for what it was intended for. I just got done emailing bzzagent about the situation, and just wanted to express how disappointed I was.
Same here. I was trying to use my code over and over but it kept telling me that it wasn’t valid anymore. I too emailed the BzzAgent about it. I really hope I am still able to use it, since it was a big part of the campaign!
I emailed them and got a response this morning, pretty much saying because of such excitement with the campaign the code ran out of uses. Well that is just bull crap, because a lot of people were using it and weren’t even in the campaign. I told them if they had sent out individual codes than everybody that WAS in the campaign would be able to use it. Because it got out on this site and many others and lot of people that it was INTENDED for weren’t able to use it.I told them it was just unorganization on there part. We will see what they say.

Not only do they have extremely slow shipping, the customer service is terrible. On my last order I forgot to update my new address so I asked them to contact ups and have them hold it at the station for pick up. They would not and they also did not resend or refund my money. It wasn’t much because of a promo code but I still felt that was wrong=(
UPS won’t do that anyways. The same thing happened to me when I ordered a baby swing from Walmart and UPS wouldn’t even hold the package at the main office for me to pick up. The only option I had was to leave a note near my old apartment and have them leave the package in the rental office, my nerves were on edge for days!
that stinks! our ups around here is great! they will hold it at the office, resend to a different address, or if you request, they will leave it with a neighbor of your choice!

i bought the voucher for $5 and just went to use it. can’t figure out how to get shipping for free on totsy.com (since it is my first order isn’t that how it is supposed to be?) i have $30.75 worth of merchandise in my cart but after the $30 voucher it is still showing that i owe $8.30 (7.95 of which is shipping). anyone have any ideas?? thank you!
If you signed up more than 30 days ago, you will have pay shipping. I had to use my other email address and make a new account to get free shipping

This totally worked for me and I was able to get kid-sized dishes: 3 plates, 3 sets of silverware, and a bowl for $5 out of pocket. The design is adorable and would make a great gift, unless I decide to keep them for myself!

You have to become a member of the site to view the items. Once you sign up you can view what items they have but they change. If you like what you see click on her link and purchase the voucher. Then when you check out on Totsy just enter the code.
After you purchase the voucher from Plum, how do you redemm it on Totsy?? I was sent a voucher from Plum, but when I try to enter it on Totsy, it says it is invalid?? Am I doing something wrong??? Help, the items I want are almost expired!
When your in Plum, go to My account,
then click on my deals.
click on view voucher, when the new screen pops up it will be a huge Promo code on the top (in all caps) it might read something like PLUMAS222 ect.
Copy past the code when you check out of TOTSY in the promo code box. Hope this helps! 🙂

but i was able to do it 2 times i have 3 girl 6 months , 2 years and a 3 year old.. money is more the tight. its almost extinct life in miami really sucks . super expensive no supermarket doubles any coupons and low value coupons suck as well. stuggling alot with my hubby out of the picture for the moment in his country cause of immigration 🙁 with daycare that cost more than i can make have to resort to extreme measures to get by. 🙁

Just fair warning, read reviews on Totsy before ordering! They have a history of horrible customer service, things not being shipped for months and then when the order arrives it is the wrong item or wrong size and then a runaround on getting a refund or item switched out. Just a heads up!
i’ve ordered from totsy many times with no issues. yes, shipping can be slow, but that’s how most deal sites work. although, the new amazon deal site, myhabit.com, is super fast as in 2-3 days fast.
