For all you Target shoppers, I have some exciting news. OK… I take that back. I am not quite sure if you all would consider this exciting news, but I’m at least glad that Target has taken the time to update their coupon printing site.

So, what’s the news?! Well, now when you print Target coupons and you’ve reached your limit, it will say on the coupon – “Coupon Already Printed!” I love this because it was always so hard to tell when a coupon reset or was available again, so this new feature will make that a lot easier! 🙂

Anyone else having trouble with the MFC for the Sally Hansen? It is not printing off with the scanable barcode for me.

    • Who's on first?

I read its a new feature to coupons too that will eventually make all coupons look like that. I heard they are starting to do away with the short little barcode and just going with the long one. I also heard some areas have adjusted their systems/registers…while others haven’t. Its kind of depends on you store. Some will take it by hand keying it in if it doesn’t scan with the long code while others will deny it.

I did have one Target just hand type it in (my favorite cashier) Then the next time I went, the young cashier scanned it..it appeared not to take it..and he continued to scan other coupons. When I looked at the receipt, it didn’t go through (the MF Pop Tart coupon). I had a crabby baby with me so didn’t go back inside to correct it. So if they take it, make sure the register takes it. If it doesn’t, make sure they hand type it in correctly. 🙂

My Target had the ‘Clean Cut’ clippers at $1.99 and I was able to use my coupons on those, all others were priced higher!

    • Brittany

I went yesterday and our target only had the toe clippers with the catcher for 2.99 so .99 after coupons still not too shabby!

  3. emilee

my target isnt doing coupon overage anymore. they said their policy has changed. are they legally aloud to do that? i think its so unfair because its like i’m paying extra for an item and they get to keep the change:(

    • emilee

nevermind i used the FAQ section on here to answer my own qeustion! thanks for having such an organized site Collin!

I can’t find the coupon on coupons.com with zipcode 90210 – is there any other zipcode that works?

    • Hayden17057

      80016 works

      • Elizabeth

        Thank you so much!!

i really like the way how they put “coupon already printed!” its really easy to keep up with. But in the past, didn’t they just take away the coupon once we printed it twice.

  8. Who's on first?

Wish my Target had a bigger selection of Sally Hansen products 🙁 I just saw polish and a few nail treatment type bottles and a few emery boards 🙁 No clippers of any type.

Hi, Just a random question. To get the target mobil coupons you need to have a smart phone? or will a regular phone with a text message service work?

    Thank

    • Who's on first?

Not sure, but I think you do need a smart phone if the coupon requires them to scan the sent coupon off your phone. It would show an actual barcode that they would use their scanning gun on. Anyone else?

    • Vivi

yes you need a smartphone…you get a text with a link to your coupons…they’re suppose to scan your phone but it never works so they usually just type the numbers in.

  10. Joanie

All the clippers at our target is mark higher than $1.99. Is there anything I can do?

I have a question in regards to Target coupons… I saw a lady last week at Target and she had a large stack of 1 Target coupon. Also, on that TLC show, the one young pastor fellow had mentioned purchasing something like 200 pairs of jeans at Target when they were $4.98 with a $5 off coupon, making them free. My question is, how is it possible to have THAT MANY coupons. I know each computer allows for 2 prints and I have access to 10 computers which usually allows me 20 coupons. So do you think, like for instance the pastor, they make copies of them? And if so, how are they allowed at Target? Isn’t there a special barcode that knows when they are scanned? I’m just curious. Thanks!

    • Who's on first?

Man! Thats a strange one lol. I haven’t seen the show, but I too would raise an eyebrow. The only thing I could think of is that maybe he’s a pastor of a good sized church and he asked for donations from them if possible of their 2 allowed copies off Target site? I’m totally grasping at straws here lol..They could of maybe had them all go purchase their 2 and donate to the church..or maybe the store(s) allowed it for the cause? I’m curious too.

As for the lone lady..I’ve only heard of one coupon per transaction. Two if they allow it. I’m not sure how she got around that one.

    • Alea

It is illegal to photocopy coupons and I know with that jeans coupon it was a unique barcode with my two prints. I am really surprised and saddened that a pastor of all people would do that. I can’t believe he was even able to track down 200 pairs, because my store barely had 10 pairs on their racks! I hate that couponing show. I really do. People go way overboard and ruin it for so many others.

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I went to a Target and they told me I couldn’t use the coupons on clearance jeans! She let it go this time but I don’t understand why all of a sudden I am not allowed to use coupons on clearance jeans.

        • Who's on first?

Sounds like she didn’t know the rules lol. Never heard of not being able to use them on clearance. I’d do it again but use a different cashier if you can.

        • Sarah

I had the same problem! I was buying Cherokee toddler boy’s jeans that were on clearance for $3.74 and the coupon beeped. The cashier then tried to tell me that I couldn’t use it on clearance items…..I disagreed with her, but I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to argue with her or have a manager come over so I had her take the jeans off my transaction. I honestly think the problem was that she had to manually enter the price from the tag on the jeans so the computer couldn’t find them. I plan to try again next week when I am in an area with a Target……hopefully it will go better this time otherwise Target will just lose a purchase from me…..

  12. such craziness!

With some of the target coupons i have experienced is the barcodes are the same for that particular coupon. I did a test one time by going to the library to use different computers to print multiple of a coupon so i could save the coupons for later groceries. I looked at all the barcodes and they were the same, including the numbers.

The show on TLC makes my blood boil. I am a couponer but only buy what I need for that grocery trip. If its a commonly used item I will go to the library to use different computers to print from so that on my next trip I had a coupon for my item.

  13. Amy

These clippers are priced at 2.99 at my store. Would it work/is it ethical if I use the 2/1 sally hansen coupon? It says save $2 on one item priced at $3 or more. Is 2.99 close enough?

  14. Amanda

I found a pretty good deal today at Target…If you use the buy 3, get one free coupon for Fiber Plus bars and combine it with two $1/2 coupon from online you get each box for $1.29. I thought it was pretty good.

  15. Allyson

I don’t have a smart phone and couldn’t get the coupon texts. I would get a text saying there were new coupons available but I never could view them.

    • karin

I had the same probelm — time for me to upgrade to a smart phone 🙂

  16. CJ

I’ve been through all of the Target coupons 3 times and still dont see the Sally Hansen coupon. Where is it??

    • Who's on first?

I see the $1.00/1 Select Sally Hansen Items on page 2 of “Beauty”.

  17. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Anyone else having trouble printing any Target coupons from their website? Seems to be taking a long time and then it says you have already printed these when you haven’t. Just curious.

    • Who's on first?

It did that to me awhile back. Lost the pillow, sharpies, and ink pens over it. Hope they fix that kink out so we don’t lose anymore good coupons! 🙁 Hasn’t happened to me lately..but I’m waiting for it.

  18. Amber

Our Target doesnt carry Clip’n’Catch clippers 🙁 I was able to get another nail clippers @ another price!
