To backorder, click on “shop now” and then click “shop by product number” . Then, choose campaign 14 and enter the number for the item you want. For the holiday vita moist hand cream, it’s 640-692.
Also, you can still order those $.89 bath paints the same way! This is the last time I’ll be able to have people backorder at those prices from my website (www.youravon.com/jpeveto) because you can only backorder for 2 campaigns.

Where does it say shop by product number at? I see a search window but when I type the number in it doesn’t recognize it and the only other option is to shop by product line.

After you click “shop now”, look towards the top of the screen. One of the choices at the top is “shop by product number”. This allows you to choose which campaign you’d like to order from and you can enter the product numbers for those items you’d like to order at the old prices.
Here are the links to the last 2 brochures so you can see those too if you’d like. If you see something in these brochures that you want to order, you’ll have to choose the campaign number when shopping as described above. I hope this isn’t too confusing! 🙂

I just ordered few things and when I ordered the shipping was $0 but the confirmation email charged me $3 for shipping. I called CS and she said she can’t do anything not even cancel the order until its shipped . I don’t want to get charged for something that was free.

I ordered ahead for some great stocking stuffers. Make sure you change the code to Friends2011 because the website automatically filled in another code for me. I had to change code or I would have been charged the $3 S&H.
