Coupon Printing Issues? Here a Few Tips…
I love my MacBook and don’t know what I’d do without it! 🙂 Like some of you Apple lovers, however, I’ve had trouble when it comes to printing coupons. I did a little digging on this subject and found the information below to be helpful. Note: Much of this stuff also applies to you PC users!
In general, a lot of today’s printing problems are connected to browser and coupon application updates in which added security measures have been taken. If you have any doubts about being able to print, try printing a coupon you don’t want. Since your IP address is attached to every coupon that you try to print, don’t do any testing using your favorite coupons!
BROWSER PRINTING ISSUES
Sometimes, by simply changing to a different browser, you can successfully print. If you’re a Mac user, stick with Firefox or Safari for coupon printing. Avoid using Internet Explorer because not all of the coupon applications support this browser. If you are unable to print coupons using Safari 5.1, switch to Firefox 5.0.1!
SMARTSOURCE PRINTING ISSUES
A common printing issue for SmartSource coupons relates to the version of Java on your computer. Java is required in order to print SS coupons; make sure that you have the most current Java version installed.
If you can’t print SS coupons in Firefox, open Internet Explorer and then open the SmartSource page. See if you can print in this browser or another browser of your choosing.
If the error message about your default printer not being supported pops up when you attempt to print a SS coupon, go to your Printer setting and open the Advanced tab. Select the option “Print Directly to Printer.” This setting should allow you to print. You can always restore to your original settings after your coupons have printed.
TARGET PRINTING ISSUES
Target acknowledges printing issues associated with its Coupon Print Activator software. Coupon Print Activator is a small plugin that works with PCs, Macs, and most operating systems and browsers. You must download and install this plugin in order to print Target coupons. If you have downloaded and installed this program but continue to get repeat messages to download, open another browser and try printing from this browser.
Mac users: If you can’t print Target coupons on Safari, go to Safari, Preferences, Advanced tab. Check the box that says “Show Develop menu in menu bar” and close this window. Now open the Target Coupons page. Then look at the menu bar of Safari & click on Develop, User Agent, and Safari 4.0.5-Mac. The Target page will reload, and you should now be able to print your coupons.
…And if you have any other tips, please share in the comment section as I think we need all the help we can get on this issue! 🙂
or you can print target coupons in store at a target kiosk for free! saves on ink and paper 🙂
I thought they stopped this since they went to 2 per computer?
^ditto
Yep… you are correct. They no longer allow this.
I didnt know they had these? Mine probably doesnt.. Its not a supertarget its a greatland. Ive never looked though. I will check today.
I have Safari Version 5.1 and cannot print anything off of coupons.com or any site that uses their services. I am missing out on so much and it is very frustrating as so many sites use coupons.com for their security measures! I can get all the way through downloading the coupon printer installation, but it’s like the website never communicates to the program I had just installed; and nothing prints. Anyone have any ideas or setting I can adjust? I also have Mozilla on my Mac, but their are no updates available and it does not work either.
Thanks in advance for any help!
I called mac to see if they could help me with this same issue. They went through everything and decided that coupons.com has something on their site that won’t allow us to print. It has nothing to do with mac or the version of safari that we have. 🙁 I can print just fine from my mac laptop but not my mac desktop with safari 5.1. Soooooo sad!!
Collin, Did u upgrade your software to OS X Lion? I did an have had tons of issues.
Before that I was able to print SS in Safari just not FF. 🙂
I upgraded 2 days ago and just had to reinstall the coupon.com thing. Other than that, no problems here.
It’s better now. I bought it same day it released. Mistake but happy with it now. 🙂
Hi Courtney!
Actually, I have yet to upgrade to OS X Lion.
So your not having trouble with Lion? I have put off switching because when I upgraded to snow leopard I had all kinds of problems printing coupons. I could print bricks coupons all the time from Safari before but after the upgrade I could only print from Fox fire. And then fox fire won’t print Smart source coupons so I have to switch back. Its so frustrating.
I had the same issues. Love my Mac, but hate lazy programmers. Sometimes, I have to use 3 browsers to get various coupons to print. Here’s my browser lowdown:
General rule – don’t use version __.0 of anything. Wait until the kinks are worked out.
Operating System: OS X 10.6.8
Firefox 5.0.1: Bricks & coupons.com
Safari 5.1: SmartSource & Target coupons
It’s anyone’s guess as to what works with eClips on a particular day – it usually requires Google Chrome.
Thanks for the post Collin
Collin,
I have a CONSTANT issue with printing Bricks coupons…Although I am able to print regular coupons from their coupons dot com website, for some reason the Bricks ones will always tell me that I need to download the coupon printing program since it is not on my machine.
Any thoughts???
I have this same issue with the bricks coupons not working, but the coupons.com working just fine on my mac too! Help?
I also cannot print any of the bricks coupons, but have no trouble with any others.
me too!! I have googled everything, went to the mac store and NOTHING. It was working fine before I took it in to Apple last week and they reset everything! I’m so mad and they can’t figure out what they did wrong.
Same here!! I finally got it Safari to print on the coupons.com site but anything using their software (the bricks) that isn’t on their page, doesn’t work. Getting SO frustrated!
Glad I’m not the only one! I can print smartsource, coupons.com & target no problem with my Mac but can’t print brinks coupons. Any help would be appreciated!
Did you all figure this out? I’m still having issues and interested in a fix.
Nevermind, I got it! 🙂
how did u get target coupons to print on mac…? for me most times it doesn’t and rarely when it does , it a coupon i jus randomly chose…! please let me know how to get Target coupons to print every time from my mac book with OS X 10.8.
I love my macbook, too… but coupons.com does not 🙁 I used to be able to print from Safari and Firefox without a problem but in the past month or so, it keeps telling me I need to install the coupon printer. I install. It says I still need to install. I’ve even tried contacting coupons.com – they suggested I try installing the coupon printer! haha!
That happened with my super old Mac book. I would do that, hit print, and et a coupon for Scott TP that expired in 2007 EVERY single time! Gave up and figured it was my OS being too old.
Actually LOL after reading your comment 🙂 Try FireFox 5.0.1. I spent most of a day installing and uninstalling that damn coupon installer a couple of weeks ago. I was really frustrated because it happened in the middle of a great sale week.
The worst part of the whole ordeal is when I would e-mail asking for assistance, I’d get generic replies with directions for PCs.
Somewhere on the coupons.com install page there’s a chat option. It took a while to get a rep, but when I finally got someone — she was great. The tech rep stayed online until things were working and even sent a test coupon. HTH
Jill, it sounds like you are stuck in the same loop I was stuck in:( thanks to readers comments I was finally able to get out of the loop and have my mac see that the coupon printer was installed! I posted about it here: https://ladysavings.com/2011/07/28/my-coupons-are-printing/ Hope this helps!
Plus I told my hubby to Not update my computer anymore….since that it was made it stop printing in the first place -haha:)
Didn’t work for me I have the latest version. Thank you I hope it works for some others on here with a mac. I love my mac though and I refuse to buy a PC, even for coupons.
Ditto all Colin said. Coupons.com will print fine in FF and safari for me. Smart source only works with Safari for me. RP works with either. Target works with either, but best with safari.
You cannot print any coupons besides PDFs from Google Chrome. I love Chrome, but I always have to switch to IE to print coupons.
I have no problem printing from Chrome. That’s weird that you can’t.
Really? You can print from Coupons.com??? Maybe I haven’t tried it in a while…
I have no problems printing from bricks, coupons.com, smartsource or red plum q’s from Chrome. Not even facebook offers or e-clips (which Wholly Guacamole site uses)The only issue I do have is Rite Aid’s VV’s. I can watch the videos’ in Chrome, but I have to switch to IE to print.
I have never encountered problems printing coupons with Chrome either, and I print from pretty much all the major sites — strange that it’s giving you trouble!
I can’t print coupons from target.com using google chrome either!
Can’t print either from one of my macs and only from firefox from my other. Coupons.com does not work.
This OT, but Collin, when/where did you purchase your Mac? I’m hoping to get one but don’t think they go on sale. Did you get a good deal on yours?
I purchased my Macbook at the exchange on base… so I didn’t have to pay sales tax which was nice! 🙂
There’re two “sales”.
If you’re a student, you can usually get a deal in September or by buying your Mac through your school. You MUST have a .edu e-mail address. The other chance is on Black Friday. I got a $100 discount.
Also, if you’re a student there’s usually a deal that includes a free iPod. The only other option is to purchase during your state’s sales tax “holiday.” In Louisiana, that was August 5 & 6, 2011.
P.S. There’s almost always a rebate on printers (up to $100). Be sure to go to an Apple store or call the toll-free number and inquire about rebates/discounts before you buy. I missed out on getting a free printer.
If you pair the printer rebate with a good sale & a $ off $$ coupon at Office Depot, Office Max or Staples, you’ll get a quality printer for an excellent price.
Current offers (www.apple.com/promo):
Buy a Mac for college and get $100 to spend on the Mac App Store.*
Purchase any Mac and a qualifying printer and receive a rebate of up to $100.
If you have MicroCenter in your area, check out their deals. They frequently have great rebates ($200 or more). We have purchased 2 MacBooks there and I got last year’s MacBook Pro for the price of a MacBook!
When I print my Target coupons, none of the text shows up on the coupons. I only get a picture and a barcode. Any suggestions?
Clean the head of your printer’s ink cartridge(s) (there should be an option in your printer’s menu) and it should start printing text again with no issues.
Oh! I should mention–the last time that was an issue for me, I had to run that option several times before it worked.
This is so frustrating I want to throw my MacBook out the window!!!
I always get this error “/usr/libexec/cups/filter/CouponConvertor_v2 failed”, I can see the coupon in the preview window in my queue but it NEVER prints!!!
I’ve tried everything in every discussion thread (on other blogs, Collin’s suggestions, Apple board) I tried to contact coupons.com about this in February and never got an answer – basically I’ve deduced it’s a problem with coupons.com’s coding, but that doesn’t help me if they never fix it. I’m missing out on SO many coupons because I can’t print from my stupid laptop!
I want to scream. Actually – ARGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG! I feel only slightly better.
I use a PC, use Vista, and use both IE & FF and have always been able to successfully print coupons from all sources. Unfortunately, about a month or two ago I suddenly was no longer able to print coupons.com or bricks coupons. I have contacted coupons.com about it but they have been less than helpful. I have tried every single troubleshooting tip and every single time it still tells me to install the coupon printer. Anybody had the same problem and been able to overcome it??
If you figure it out, I’d love to know. I have the same problem. Never had one before, and all of a sudden it tells me I have to install the printer. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and tried all the troubleshooting things to no avail.
It stinks because it’s the same for RecycleBank, who uses bricks to print coupons, so I can’t ever get the good ones. Double stinks because I have home recycling racking up points there and can’t use them now that almost all of their coupons are print at home rather than mail 🙁 FRUSTRATING.
I have the exact same problem. It started a couple of months ago. It just keeps saying to download the coupon printer and sometimes it asks me to enter my zipcode, but it never prints the coupon. However, on Recycle Bank, you can just call them and they will send you the coupons in the mail 🙂
I have Vista, and have never had a problem with any of the coupon sites until the last 2 weeks. My SmartSource coupons now print with GIANT text, which covers the barcode and the redemption info/address. I don’t even want to attempt to use these coupons because there’s no way for the retailer to redeem them and I would feel too guilty.
Any suggestions on how in the world I can fix this?
i had the same problem today and i just tried using firefox instead of safari and it worked! 🙂 maybe that will help? my husband and i were getting really frustrated trying to figure this out…
I have an iPad and can not for the life of me figure out how to get brick coupons to print. Says I need adobe, which you can’t have on a Mac. How are you all printing brick coupons??!!
I was just wondering if you can print brick coupons or Target coupons using an iPad. I was hoping to get one for convenience sack.
I have an I Pad and was wondering how to connect it to my wireless printer. The I Pad was a gift and I probably dont use it to it’s potential so any help you can give me would be awesome. Thanks in advance for your help
When I was at the Apple store they said the new ipad that is coming out in a few months will have full printing capabilities
Depends a little on what you are printing, but for the most part look at the top of your ipad for the arrow that often stands for reply/forward and there should be a drop down list that includes print. When you “click” it you will be asked to choose a printer. If your wireless printer is already set up and running on the same wifi connection you are using for your ipad it should be able to search for it and connect to it.
You can easily print Hip2Save lists. As for printing coupons, you should be able to print pdfs but I have trouble with anything that requires you to install a coupon printer, like target and bricks. Very frustrating. However, coupons.com has an iphone (and ipad?) app, and smartsource has “mobile” printing abilities, but not exactly and app. The other thing I have trouble with is FB coupons.
You can have adobe on a mac, but not on an ipad or iphone, I’m sorry to say. The ipad is supplemental to a regular computer, not a full computer on its own, unlike a netbook.
my mac is upgraded with Lion, and although it will print from coupons.com it will NOT print at all from target. It gets stuck on the processing page. I’ve tried everything and after many google searches have learned that its not compatible with Lion. I hope this problem gets fixed soon b/c I use target coupons ALL the time :(. If anyone has any insight please post!
My husband just did an upgrade on our Mac and I am having the same problem. It worked fine before and now it gets stuck on the processing page for Target coupons as well. 🙁
Before we upgraded to OS X Lion, I was able to print coupons.com coupons on firefox and safari. Since we upgraded, I cannot print any coupons.com coupons. Keep saying that I need to install the coupon printer which i have done multiple times. Does anyone have any ideas of what i can do?? I
I went through that with the coupons site too, saying it needed to install it over and over. Once I finally went into the program and installed it from the downloads it started working after that. But it wouldn’t install on its own from the coupons site. I also learned that Lion does not come with Java, so you have to dowload the latest version of that but it still doesn’t help with the target coupons not printing. I don’t know what to do. I am the administrator on my computer.
Precisely why I haven’t upgraded to Lion yet. Too scared my coupons won’t print. I sometimes use my son’s MBP to print coupons and his would always say need to install the coupon printer, etc. It has been installed and re-installed. I’ve been using this trick — not sure if it’ll work for everyone but worth the shot. Next time the message shows, hit CONTROL then ALT and hold down for a few seconds. Be patient then repeat. It sometimes doesn’t work on the first try. That or just hit CONTROL. Trial and error. It should direct you to the page where it shows that your coupon’s printer. Let me know if it works — otherwise, I’ll stick with Snow Leopard.
My own MBP works fine. Usually, I would print Target, Bricks, and Coupons on Firefox and SS on Safari.
I have to log in as admin to print Target coupons, because it won’t give me the option to download their special coupon thing if I am logged in as anything but the administrator.
Wow!! How timely…was able to print in all browsers till I got my computer back from being fixed after a virus/hardrive failure. Checked my Windows updates and all updates had been recently done. Undid those and am able to print again. I have a call into Geek squad to see which updates I absolutely have to have. Most of the updates were for “security” issues… like not being able to keep track of what I printed and such…which happens to be what the coupon printer software needs to have. 🙂 I hope this helps in the ever deepening mystery of printing coupons.
thanks so much, collin! i was never able to get SS coupons to print before.
The comments here have been very helpful to me–thanks guys! I’ve had that coupon issue since the last update for safari. I had tried using a different browser, but for some reason my computer doesn’t like anything but safari–the others all keep freezing up. I wasn’t planning on upgrading since I have an older computer, but now I’m going to try upgrading to Lion on payday to see if that helps. $30 is nothing in comparison to all the coupons I haven’t been able to print!
I find that properly aligning my printer allows coupons to scan more easily at checkout.
I have an emachine netbook with Windows 7 starter on it. When I wanted to print out coupons on draft setting or even just black/white ink, I could only do this on my son’s older laptop. I tried the same settings on mine but no luck.
I “fixed” my problem by taking out the color cartridge whenever I want to print a number of coupons…. I’ve been happy clam ever since, Even my friendly head cashiers love me because of the crisp barcodes – they don’t have to constantly come over to help me get through self-check lines
I always have problems (well I can’t print) the bricks coupons. It says I have to change my printer settings to not be able to store a print qeue (sp) or something like that. I have tried over and over and can’t figure it out. So-I miss ALL the bricks coupons, and even after I friend a company on Facebook, or do a survey some of them are the “brick” kind, and I did all of that for nothing 🙁 just annoying…
Any suggestions? I have a macbook pro. Also, kinda random- can you print off of an iPad2? I have one of those and was wondering if there was a way you could do that 🙂 thanks!!
can’t print any brick coupons here either. ever.
AHHHH! Printing coupons from my Mac can be such a pain!! Especially when i’m using Chrome. But i love my Mac, i would not trade it for all the printed coupons in the world!!!!
I can’t ever print coupons because it says my printer is set to “Keep Printed Documents”. I’ve unchecked the box about a thousand times but it always says the same thing. Sad.
I haven`t had problems printing until recently. I can print using any program except Red Plum. I`m not certain if I printed RP qs before though.
I`m using Win 7, with Firefox browser. My pita PC is updating. Right now w/o asking for permission. I may have more problems after the system updates finish.
Any suggestions for RP problems. On a PC?
(Sorry for the weird sentences, my new Android tablet is strange sometimes.)
I am so glad to know there are other people who share my frustrations with being a Mac user. I have finally gotten a “system” down for printing my coupons. I use firefox for bricks and coupons.com, and safari for smartsource. It is annoying to switch browsers based on the coupon site, but I am glad it is finally working. For a while I was having to switch to my partitioned hard drive that runs windows to print, which was really slow (it is Windows) and a pain. There is a fix released for Lion – https://www.livingrichwithcoupons.com/2011/07/coupons-com-mac-os-x-lion-printing-issues-fix.html, but I’m scared to upgrade because I don’t know if it will work yet. Thank you so much for this post!!
You know – I know that the work around for me is to use Firefox (I usually use Safari) but it is rather annoying that they haven’t fixed the software. Anytime I try contacting them I get an error message saying that they are too busy adding new coupons for my email to go through… Drives me crazy! I even posted on Coupons.com FB page and they ignored it. I think I would love to have some sort of a recognitiion from them that there is a problem and they are at least trying to fix it instead of completely ignoring!
Colin you are so wonderful! I have never been able to print SS coupons before and after reading your advice (didn’t have the newest Java installed), I was finally able to print today. I would have never known how to fix the issue otherwise. Thanks for all you do.
I have never been able to print Target coupons from my iMac. I tried you suggestions and I still can’t get them to print. Any other ideas?
The only problem I have is coupons.com on a Mac. In general they don’t seem to care about Mac users, when it wants you to change your default printer it shows instructions for windows. Further, sometimes I can print from the main site but it will tell me it isn’t installed if I use a direct link to a coupon. It’s just buggy.
I agree about coupons.com being a hassle for mac users. Its been a pain since we upgraded to snow leopard. I researched and complained but they said it was macs problem not heres grrrr. Now that they have the app for the iphone and ipad I can now print from those devices but on my mac I have to be in Fox fire and the moon and stars have to be aligned just right for a good print. Now my new air printer has a touch screen with coupons.com on it and I can print from it too.
THANK YOU!!! I have a MacBook also and was so frustrated not being able to print anything from coupons.com. I just installed Firefox and it works!!!! You’re the BEST!!
I just want to be able to print all coupons from my ipad or iphone. It’s so much quicker and easier. I hate having to drag out my laptop for just a couple coupons. Apple is so “hip” and ahead of the game you would think that they would have a way to work around the adobe thing by now. (Especially Flash Player, but that’s another conversation).
Thank you so much!!! I haven’t been able to figure out why I can’t print SmartSource coupons, and now that I updated my Java, I can! You made my day!
Thank goodness! I thought I was the only one 🙂 I have a mac and cannot print from coupons.com or bricks. Its been SO frustrating missing out on so many great coupons!! I also have a virtual windows machine with IE on it on my mac, but they won’t allow coupons to be printed via a virtual computer 🙁 Ugh. It was getting so frustrating that I just quit trying to print from those sights… Maybe I will try the FF! Thanks for this post!
YOU ROCK — I can FINALLY print my Target dot com Q’s from Safari. I was having to go to FF for those, and use Safari (because coupons.com won’t work for me on FF… drrrr.) for all the others. Now I am able to use only Safari (alleviating the need to remember which browser will print which Q). MUCHAS GRACIAS!!
OK so how do I get the coupon print activator plug in for Target? I’ve even called them and they can’t help me. I’ve never been able to print Target coupons. Very frustrating!!!
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!
Since starting to coupon a couple of years ago I have ALWAYS had trouble with smartsource coupons, Up until recently I used a very very cheap HP printer, a few ago some friends gave us some “office” stuff they no longer needed and a basic canon laser printer was part of what they gave we were going to just donate it to goodwill since we already had the HP but me being the “hipster” I am thought I would plug it up and see if it still had ink low and behold the color ink was almost full although the black ink was almost empty. I thought Id at least try and use all the color ink before I sent it to the goodwill and guess what since using the canon printer I can now print smartsource coupons! I dont know if anyone has posted about your printing possibly being the problem but 2 years ago when my computer was brand new I could not print smartsource coupons and now like magic I can! I also wanted to add I’ve always kept the most updated version of java on my pc and have tried in both IE and Firefox so I dont know how much the ink is for a canon printer but I may hang on to it and send the el cheapo HP to the goodwill now! 🙂
Has anyone Gotten coupons to print from a tablet yet?
Collin (or anyone who can help)-
Ok I can print coupons from everywhere (SS, RP, Bricks, etc) with no problems except from Target.com. It always wants me to install that stupid coupon activator. I do and then it pops up a window that says it has installed succesfully and my coupons will print automatically as soon as I close that window. So I close the window and NOTHING! I have went thru this process more times than I care to admit. What do you mean when you say to try and open another browser? What other browser? Do you mean another window? HELP!!!!
P.S. I have a pc running windows internet explorer.
I cannot print coupons from Target on my iMAC, running snow leopard, in either FireFox or Safari. No option to choose the 4.0 on my MAC, but I still love it so much better than my old PC.
I can print coupons and they look awesome and clean but they never scan at the stores. Any advice? I have a brother MFC 420CN printer (its old but works LOL) oh and I use a PC
I had the same problem with my printer and to avoid anymore problem I went out and bought the hp 3 in 1 from walmart a few weeks ago when it was on sale for $29. It’s usually $49. It scans all of my coupons perfectly. I donated my other printer even though it printed fine, just not for coupons.
Thank you, by downloading fire fox, and using it, I am now able to print Target coupons. I couldn’t before (kept telling my to download coupon activator) and nothing would help. You fixed it! Thank you!
OK, so I read through the posts and didn’t see anyone having the problems I’ve been having. I got a Mac around the time I started couponing. I had a really hard time getting coupons to print at all (had to download and install coupon printer several times). Now that it’s ‘properly’ installed I can print whatever I want, however, with the exception of Target coupons all my coupons print tiny. I’m talking leprechaun sized. The stores still take them but the barcode is so small they have to type it in. It really is a pain, and the cashiers get frustrated with me sometimes when I have a lot of them. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? TIA!
Here’s the fix I found on another website. Worked perfectly for me for OS X Lion and Safari 5.1.
https://www.mac-software-tutorials.com/coupon-printing-in-lion.html
Within about a week the target coupons know says that I need to change my setting on ie 7.0 to allow the cookies? I do exactly what it tells me to do and it still doesn’t print. Oh and by the way I have google chrome and I cannot print any coupons from there as it asks me to install the printer and then never does anything after I have downloaded it many, many times. Help.
I didn’t have to have the latest Java, but I needed Java! I didn’t even have any version of Java (must not be standard on Mac?). For the first time ever I’ve been able to print from coupons.com. Thanks for this post Collin!! 🙂 Yay!
I have Mac OS 10.5.8, Java for Mac 10.5.4, and Safari 5.0.6. It now seems to work perfectly. I printed Simply Orange & Simply Lemonade coupons. 😉
Ok . . . I was unable to print coupons since about late July due to an automatic upgrade from Safari 5.0.5 to 5.0.6 (I have Leopard, I don’t know if this will work for Lion). I even took my Mac to Geek Squad, who told me that for a fee they could try to fix it. Whatever! I am new to Mac, but not an idiot.
Here is my solution:
Go to Macintosh HD & search “coupon”. There should be only files related to the coupon printer & installer.
Trash all files related to the coupon printer, EXCEPT for: Coupon Safari Plug-In & Coupon FireFox Plugin. If you cannot see the plug-ins, trash everything and re-install the coupon printer and delete all files, except for the plug-ins. It is IMPORTANT to keep the plug-ins.
Open up Safari and try it out. My Firefox still locks up, but Safari will load the page and print the coupons. After a few dry runs and non printing, I realized that my printer was set up on wireless mode. So I re set the mode and attached the printer to the Mac & VOILA it works. Wireless printing does not work with the coupon printer.
I hope this works for anyone.
I just started having trouble yesterday printing from red plum and coupons.com but I can still print from smart Source. Is anyone else having this problem? It keeps telling me on coupons.com to install the coupon printer. I have uninstalled it about ten times. It still doesn’t work. It makes not sense to me but I’m very computer illiterate. Help would be appreciated.
I also reinstalled it after I uninstalled it. I closed fire fox and did it on chrome. Thanks.
Do you have any tips for printing coupons from an Ipad? Is it possible to print coupons from websites? I have a printer that works with my Ipad however, I am unable to print from any website….Any help will be appreciated.
I have an iPad and the only way to print coupons is thru the coupon.com app
