If you’re wondering what a House Party is..
Well, a House Party is thousands of parties across the country, hosted by people like us. Each event is sponsored by a leading brand (such as Sargento) and focuses on something cool that the sponsor wants its best fans to experience firsthand and share with their friends. Basically a House party let you share the products you like with all your friends, free of charge! Companies love to promote these type of events because it spreads the word about their products.

What free stuff will you receive?
That all depends on the specific brand your throwing the party for. Each brand has their own unique Party Pack filled with all kinds of free stuff to make your party a success!

If your interested, follow these steps to start applying:

Thanks Collin, just applied and fingers crossed 😀

  2. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Is there anything required from me once I get mailed out a house party pack? Do I need to send pictures of the event, etc.

    • tiffany sexton

Yes there is more to do. I have had 2 and they want you to actually have the party, post pics, tweet/fb about it and fill out surveys. Nothing very hard and they are soooo much fun!

I am trying to sign up and it keeps telling me invlaid email. I have two emails and I have tried both of my emails and it is saying the same on both. Anybody else having this trouble?

  4. JinniMc

It’s telling me the same thing. What’s wrong with my email? It’s valid everywhere else…Hmmmm

  5. JinniMc

I figured it out…If you go to the main ‘home’ of the house party webpage, you can sign up. (or at least it let me. I guess the link was just broken) It then redirected me to the questionnaire and all. HTH. 🙂

  6. Andrea

Do you have to have a certain number of people? What kind of monitoring do they do once you sign up? Thanks

  7. Lindy

I applied for the game party earlier this week. Our family/friends play lots of games & I haven’t hosted a HP in some time. Hope I get this one 😀

I have applied for at least a dozen of these, and, have never been chosen!!! Don’t know if it’s worth my time to even apply yet again!!!!

if anyone in the Denver metro area wants to host a house party for high quality skin care/ health and wellness, email me! Great hosting gifts and incentives! skigrl985@aol.com

Keep trying. You have to be quick. If they choose you, there’s a subsequent reservation that has to be filled out fast, so be on the lookout and check your spam folder just in case you miss the invite.

I was selected for the Expo Marker house party. My kids and their friends had a great time and we got 16 sets of everything to share!

I know – it seems like the same people keep getting to host over and over. I’ve never been chosen. I don’t apply for the adults only/alcohol ones though because there are children in the household (who would adore the attention heaped on them as the host baby but would not want to be surrounded by drunks).

I love HouseParty. I have hosted several parties in the past 2 years! Patience is key. Just apply to parties that you are really interested in hosting and relax. You will get one before you kow it. My favorite has bee the Playstation party. It is an online party that has been going on for over a year now. Some times I participate more than others and goodies keep coming in the mail. I really hope I get the game party or the Chef Boyardee one.

I have hosted a Digornio Party as well as the Thai itchen Party they are Great. Be prepared to spend some money for some though. The Digornio party was fairly cheap but the Thai Kitchen party was a little pricy on my part. They provided the sauces but I had to buy the meat and veggies to feed 14 people. I spent about 6 hours prepping also. All in all, it was a great time and the food was great!!

I’ve hosted 3 house parties so far. The French Cocktail hour, the Jack Daniels party, and the Taste of Thai Party. The great thing is that our neighborhood has a monthly happy hour. So I’m able to have a theme when mine comes up. Sometimes the house parties are area specific. Right now the Meyers Rum one is only for Tampa/St Petes. So just keep trying I’ve tried 3 times for the ball canning one and still haven’t gotten it. Try to do as many of the “increase your chances activities” and if your chosen send your first set of invites ASAP. The best part about the Thai Kitchen party was the COUPONS! $1 off Taste of Thai product, and $1 off Simply Asian products.
