We ordered two lunch totes in the beginning of August thinking they’d arrive in time for my son’s first day of school. Nope! They had, without notice, cancelled the order. We waited and waited. The day after school started (8/22) we got an e-mail. Then we called and they said they’d reinstate the order and asked when we needed it by. After telling the lady we needed it yesterday, she expressed it to us and we received our lunch totes the very next day! Bummed about what happened, but customer service handled it well.

Sorry for the confusion. Looks like shipping starts at $2.95 for orders under $10 and goes up from there based on your order total. The SHIPTODAY promo code is listed on their home page, so I wonder if it only works after all other discounts?
