I like to use my man. coupons on items like this that are on sale at the DG only on the weeks that they offer the $5/25. However, other than that coupon I have never been able to ‘stack coupons’ at the DG. For example, DG offered a printable Lysol wipes coupon, which I attempted to stack with a Lysol wipes man. coupon last week. Their register beeped and they would not allow me to use the extra coupons. I was rather disappointed.
Their coupon policy says you can use one DG and one MQ on each item. Show them.
if you have a dollar general market there are coupon books behind the registers and at the front on the stands. They are loaded with dollar general coupons that can be stacked
I’m in Texas, and I’m not certain what a Dollar General Market is. We only have the regular ole DG’s lol. Thanks for the heads up though.
Please check your clearance isles too! My store has a isle in the back devoted to last chance and clearance items (this is not the table at the front) I was there a week ago and their were signs in the clerance isle that said Buy 1 get 1 free orange sticker items (my cashier told me as long as the price was the same she could count that too) I racked up on tresemme, aussie, clairol, clean and clear products for change! ex: tressemme was marked 3.25//got 2 used 2 1.00 coupons and paid .75 cent a can for hairsprays! (did this for the shampoos too!) My store was getting ready for inventory so they were happy for me to clear some of the clearance isle out!:)
You can get Tide 31-40 loads for much cheaper than $5. I got Tide 40 loads for $3 or so…so this is not a good deal.

Dollar General DOES sometimes have a good sale on some things, but make sure to check your walmart and target prices, in my area these stores are generally cheaper than DG stores. Hope that helps!
Is the Tide for HE washers or is it just regular detergent? I wish they would specify this in their ads.
