Be sure to print a copy and bring it with you when you shop in case any issues should arise. You can also now print Walgreens Instant Value Coupons online here. *NOTE: If you can find the monthly coupon booklet in-store, save your printer ink.

** Now please note that this deal will in fact be a YMMV (your mileage may vary) as it will depend on how coupon friendly your Walgreens cashier is since you are using 2 Walgreens coupons on one item. However, per the Walgreens corporate coupon policy,When purchasing a single item, Walgreens accepts one manufacturer coupon and applicable Walgreens coupon(s) for the purchase of a single item, unless prohibited by either coupon offer.” So I interpret this as allowing customers to use more than one Walgreens coupon on a single item.

      You are most welcome! 🙂

  2. Ashley

Thanks Collin! I just grabbed the computer to look for this!!

    • Collin

      You’re welcome! 🙂

  3. merideth

Last time I tried to use the Advil coupon from the infant care book, it wouldn’t take it. The manager had to just manually adjust the price. Just a warning!

  4. saira

    thnx collin
anyone knows abt the hyland cough and cold med i have never tried any med axcept robitussin is it worth buying ? i read a post on other blog that med with RR thats makes it free arent good at all?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I have tried other hylands products and really liked them! I think it depends on the brand not whether or not there are rr offered. 🙂

    • Nicole

I have tried quite a few of the Hyland’s products. I really like them & think they work great. I think the RR deal just is a way to get you to try their product.

      • Heather

I have a daughter who is 3 and have been using the hyland’s cough and cold daytime when she gets sick. I just give her a little and boy, does it make a huge difference in the was she feels compared to just tylenol! I’d reccomend it!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Companies offer RR so you try their product. Hylands is homeopathic.

    • Jodi

Worked with both my boys too! I like that it is homeopathic, and that you can use it already on 2 year olds (at least the type that I bought you could) 🙂 Worth a try in my opinion.

      • rebecacha

        Thanks everyone for the feedback!

  5. kelly

woo-hoo- 3 Gas-X!!! Just what I need…. Just kidding…I think I am skipping Wags this week, there are some good deals, but stuff I am already stocked up on! Thanks Collin!

  6. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks so much collin!!! BTW…if have a safeway affiliate store near you, watch for when the dial and soafsoap brand soaps are on sale for 99cents and use the $.35/1 coupons to get them free! My store triples up to $.39

  7. Lindsey

Thanks for all the hard work you put into this site. I never ever paid attention to coupons before 6 months ago. Now my family is running on a single income, and my “fun couponing” has turned into a life saver. I can no longer run to the store for “just a couple things”, but I have enough in my stock closet to last us for a couple months and it makes a world of difference.

    Thank you!

    • Collin

      You are so welcome! 🙂

  8. Sweet

Does anybody know if the M&Ms deal includes the Halloween bags? Thanks!

    • Emma

Yeah, its both regular and Halloween.

  9. Bre32

Just wondering, is the M&Ms RR just for the pretzel kind or for any?

    • kelly f

the RR is for other types of M&Ms, but the $1/1q are specifically for pretzel which I think is why she concocted the deal that way….

  10. stacia

Last time they did the Revlon deal, you had to reach $10 AFTER the $2 off IVC coupons. I ended up having to buy like 7 eyeshadows to get to the $10 mark. 🙂

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I tried this too and this is true, you need to reach $10 AFTER the Walgreen’s store coupons for the register reward to print. 11 single eye shadows at 40% off $2.99 minus the $2 Walgreen’s store coupon would bring the total up above $10.

    • Collin

Oh gotcha… thanks for the heads up on this. I am gonna go update the scenario now.

  11. Carol_R

    Thanks so much Collin!

    • Collin

      You are welcome! 🙂

  12. Kate

You can get the poise this week for free. Go to the poise website to print off $2 coupon on the liners. Use 3 of the $2 coupons and get back the $3 RR makes it free. Also, if you got a poise sample in the mail there was a $2 coupon with it.

    • Kristin

Great post…thanks for sharing that! 🙂

  13. courtney

I went into my walgreens yesterday and the huggies jean diapers were on clearance for $3.19. I had $1.50 off huggies coupon making them $1.69 per pack. I know clearance varies from store to store, but my walgreens had 2 shelves full of them.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

In our store it was only the size 5. The other ones were $9.99. Hopefully next week the other sizes will go down

      • Tina

where is your store? What state?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

That’s a great deal! They were on clearance at my Walgreens for 9.99, which in my opinion, is not a clearance price at all!

    • Katherine

Oh my! I saw that last night too. I am in the market for size 5’s, they were 3.29. The 4’s were 9.99 and the 3’s were 3.29. I almost fell over, I don’t usually see such good deals, or at least not when I have my coupons with me.

I’m in St. Louis MO btw.

  14. Jackie

If I have a $2 catalina that printed from another RR deal, could I use that to pay for the Blistex? And will it still print out the $2 RR? Sorry for the newbie questions, I just started couponing last week!

    • sashagrace

Probably! On your $2 RR, it should say something like “compliments of” with a brand name. As long as that brand name isn’t Blistex or its parent company (which I think is also called Blistex, heehee) you should be in the clear.

When one company, like P&G, is the parent company for a bunch of household and toiletry brands — Gain, Pantene, Bounce, Oral-B, plus lots more — then you have to be more careful. Using a $2 Gain RR to get a $2 Bounce one might not work.

Hope that clears it up a little. Comments and corrections welcome and expected 🙂

  15. Heather

    Buy $10 worth of M&M’s 9.9-12.6 oz 2/$5 = $5 RR (monthly – unadvertised Register Reward deal)
    Deal Scenario:
    Buy 4 bags of Pretzel M&M’s 2/$5 = $10
Use 4 $1/1 Pretzel M&M’s coupons found in the 9/11 RP
    Pay $6
    Get back a $5 RR
Final cost only $0.25 per bag!

if you split that into two transactions wouldn’t you get TWO 5.00 RR’s instead of one? And then it would make all 4 bags free essentially plus a MM?

    • Laura

huh? no, you have to buy $10 worth… splitting it up into 2 would only make it $5 worth, meaning no RR

    • Laura

You have to spend $10 to get the $5 RR, which means you have to buy 4 bags in one transaction

      • Heather

Never mind, I completely read that wrong ! LOL!

  16. Kris10

Last week I was able to use the online Ricola coupon as well as two Walgreens coupons with not problem so I am thinking the Advil deal will work (at least where I am in MA).

  17. Kmom

does anyone have the code for the Advil from the infant care coupon book? By the way, my walgreens doesnt carry this booklet 🙁

    • Emma

My Walgreens just got more Infants Care Books in. So check with your store again, I think they recieved it with their October stuff.

    • Shell B

      5520

  18. jmartcougar

I have a ton of $2 RR that expire sunday so I should be able to roll them with all these freebies! thanks colin!

  19. Liz

Hi Kmom, the code for the Advil is 5520

  20. Liz

Is anyone having trouble getting the coupon for the Triaminic? I tried two times and fill out the information, but it doesn’t submit. 🙁

    • mrscado1

There was a coupon right on the box . I live in colorado for $3.00.

    • Ashley

yeah I can’t get it to print either 🙁

  21. Mitchell Wischmann

    Hey Collin!

There is a $4/1 Prevacid coupon available in the 9/18 SS insert, which would make the out of pocket cost $15.99. Also, the mail in rebate is after all coupons are applied, so it would not be a moneymaker, unless you get a rebate receipt.

I just picked up a couple copies of the early Sunday edition of my newspaper, so that’s how I know this information. 🙂

Thanks for the deals, and have a great weekend!

  22. Mitch

People who don’t read Hip2save pay over a $1 for 1 1/2 ounces of M & M’s. We who follow, cut coupons, read sales, pay $.25 for 10 ounces!
I am there first thing in the morning, I have 6 more of those $1 M & M coupons!
    thanks
    http://www.gaynycdad.com

    • margaret in seattle

mitch, i was wondering if $5 RR did print with your purchase on sunday? i am working today all day and just called my local store to hold 8 bags for me (with this prices. i was certained they will be gone in few hours) they wont do so on things they have PLENTY in stock. wonder if RR doesn’t print so people are not buying them like crazy.

  23. Lori

I have a question about the Campbell’s Soup scenario. Isn’t there a limit of 3 cans of soup for $.79 with the in ad coupon? How can you use the $1/5?

    • melissa

The register automatically deducts whether you purchase 1 or 10 with the in-ad q. I’ve never had a cashier or manager enforce the ad limit.

  24. Jen @ MyPotpourriWorld

Thanks for the match-up, Collin 🙂

  25. jrjvalen

Thank you so much for the great deal ideas! Does anyone know if the carmex lotion RR is still in effect? I think it was:

    Carmex Lotion 2/$10- (2) $1.50q=pay $7.00 get $5RR

    Thank you for the help.

    • Heather

The Carmex deal is good throught 9.24!

      • jrjvalen

        Thank you so much!

  26. Cammy

Does anyone have any extra of the $10 on 3 malox coupons. My husband and I use alot of this stuff. I have tons of coupons to trade. and I can print coupons as well. If you can help me please email me at supersaver281@gmail.com

    Thanks!!!!!

  27. Debbie

The advil code is 00000 05520

  28. Jennifer

Someone remind me – on the revlon deal, Do I need a filler? It has been awhile since I shopped WAGS..seeing as you are also using a WAGS coupon, couldn’t remember if you needed fillers with in store coupons or if that was just for RR’s.

    • Rose

easy to figure out. count the number of items you are purchasing, count the number of coupons you are using for those items. if you plan on using more coupons (such as rr) to pay you will need fillers.

    • wigglewomb

actually store coupons don’t count in the coupon-item ratio, so you don’t need fillers for those. hope this helps!

      • spacey2stacey

At my Walgreens it does count as a coupon.

  29. LaToya

The Hyland’s $4.99 get $4.99 RR – – can you get several of those…just has to be in separate transactions and cannot roll the RR, is that right?

    • brooke

That’s right. You would just need to purchase each one in a separate transaction and you can’t roll the RR.

  30. jill

I do not have the $4.00 coupon for the board games in the 9/11 SS. Was this just a regional thing or what?

  31. wigglewomb

hey collin, can you buy 2 of the revlon age-defying concealers at 5.99, meeting the $10 minimum, use 2 $5 coupons and no wags Q… pay $1.98 and get back $3RR? back when the revlon nail polish was a moneymaker, the wags cashiers started keeping my $2 wags Qs because they were being used over and over as moneymakers.. anywho let me know if my scenario will work, thanks!

    • lynn

no cashier should ever keep anything that comes out of that catalina machine for any reason.

    • Aimee

I just did this deal with 2 concealers at 5.99 and used 2 $5 coupons and it worked fine. I paid 1.98 and got 3RR back.

They kept my Wags Revlon Qs the last time I used them too. 🙂

      • pam

I did the Revoln deal today…and it didn’t work at all. I bought one of the Age defying DNA foundations (sale price =8.99), a mascara ( 4.79 sale price) and a top speed nail polish (3.59), making sure that I was over the $10 after accounting for the Wags Q.
So, after the Wags q (which deducted $6) I was at 11.37 (so above the $10 needed to produce the cat). I then had manufacturer Qs for $5 and (2) $1 ones. So my total was then $4.37. NO CAT.
This was at a coupon friendly store too. They then tried it without any coupons, and the cat DID then print. So, somehow the coupons screwed it up. I ended up returning it all. They thought maybe you have to be at $10 after ALL coupons.
Anyone have any ideas of what went wrong?

        • Aimee

That’s really odd! I wonder if it’s the Wags Q messing things up somehow since I didn’t use that on my deals. I went back just now and got the Age Defying DNA foundation and another Age Defying concealer and it worked again for me using two $5 coupons.

          1 age defying foundation $8.99
          1 age defying concealer $5.99
          Total 14.98
          – used 2 $5 age defying coupons ($10.00)
          paid $4.98
          received $3 RR

    • Kelcie

I did it just now and it worked for me!

      • rebecacha

I just came back from Walgreens and the Revlon DNA was ON SALE for $9.99! I scanned it to make sure it was correct and unfortunately, it was. I was so disappointed, I am trying a different Wags tomorrow where the Cosmetic woman is nice, which is very unusual in the Wags in my area… 🙁

The M&Ms didnt work for me either since they didnt have the pretzel ones. Oh well…next time!

        • Emma

My walgreens manually put in 40% off of 9.99. Which made them 5.99. I was very happy about that.

          • rebecacha

Thanks for sharing, I will try that with flier in hand! If it doesnt work I will go to CVS and pay the $3 since I rather giving them my money.

  32. kim

I was wondering if that gain deal is still going on where you buy 1 laundry detergent and 2 other gain products?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I bought three gain laundry detergents yesterday, no RR.

  33. mac6kyra5kylee

if i get the chapstick and cold and cough in the same transaction will both RR print or do i need to split the transactions?

    • lorrie

since they are completely different products you will get the register reward for both. HTH

    • Anna m

Nope you can buy both in the same transaction but better yet you can use your chapstick rr for the cough syrup so you pay less oop (out of pocket) ! 🙂

      • mac6kyra5kylee

unforunately my darn walgreens won’t let me roll the rr at the same time, you have to go back a different day or time =(

  34. Tina

Thanks so much Collin for doing this for us every week. To let everyone know there is a triaminic coupon right on the box for $3 off of 2. Just got that today. This store lets you shop on saturday for deals that start sunday. Also if you are military here in colorado they give you 15% on tuesday which makes a great deal. Happy shopping everyone.

  35. Patty

Several stores in my area have the Children’s Fruit Flavored Advil 4OZ liquid for 1.79 each with the $2 off in ad q they would be free. I got several of these last month at this price and then used my $5/3. I’m going to get some more and donate them.

  36. Jenn

My local Wal-mart accepts Walgreens RRs since they say MC on the top beside the date. I bought the Carmex and Playtex deals last week for a total of $7 in RRs. Then I used those RRs at Wal-mart to reduce my grocery bill. The RRs are considered catalinas which is accepted according to their coupon policy. Just a heads up for anyone that has I problem finding items to buy at Walgreens with the RRs like I do! 🙂

    • Patty

I didn’t know that! I will definitely give this a try at our Walmart! Thanks!

      • Jenn

If you have any problems, kindly point out where it states MC and where to send to the catalina for redemption. Then just ask them to try scanning it. My cashier was nice enough to try and all 3 went through with no problem. Good luck!

        • rebecacha

OMG, that would be AWESOME since I hate trying to split my scenarios so that I get to use my RRs!

  37. Jennie

There is a .50 cent coupon for Brach’s candy in today’s SS which would make the deal of the week Brach’s autumn candy .29 cents, but it excludes holiday candy. I wonder if autumn is considered a holiday?

    • nope

Autumn is a season. It lasts several weeks.

      • Jennie

My thoughts exactly, but we’ll see what happens!

    • LaToya

Count yourself lucky – we didn’t get that coupon in Idaho!

    • Jennie

It worked for those of you that got it!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

They are listed on the brach’s website under holiday halloween candy so you shoud not be using that coupon for them. I think its meant for the bags of hard candies

  38. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

The childrens advil at my WAGS is 6.99 making it 1.99 still a really good deal had no prob with using the infant coupon and ad coupon

  39. Anne

The pricing on the Revlon stuff is confusing. I was just at the store and the Age Defying foundation (not the DNA stuff, the other kind) was marked “SALE $9.99 (regularly $13.99)” on the shelf. I figured with the 40% off it would be $5.99 like you said. It rang up at $8.39 so they are taking the 40% off of the original price (the $13.99), not off of the mysterious $9.99 sale price. Just an FYI for those doing scenarios. 🙂

    • Renee

The same thing happened to me.

    • Kelcie

My wags gave me the 40off the 9.99 price but had to ask

      • Anne

Did you get the RRs? I worry that with a manual adjustment the RR won’t print.

        • rebecacha

Same here, I didnt buy it, but I will try at a different Wags where the cosmetic lady is helpful.

        • Emma

They manually adjusted my price down to 5.99 and the RR DID print.

  40. katee

for many of the items such as the st. ives, that are 2/$6 you have to buy two to get the sale price, as stated in the ad, if you only purchase one it will ring up at $3.49, so after the .75 cent coupon you would pay 2.74 not 2.25. so to get the best deal you would need 2 coupons and to purchase two products!

  41. Jem

Coupon link for the Triaminic deal directs me to Dimetapp. Am I missing anything? How do I get the $2 off coupon?

  42. Jennifer

I did this deal this morning with 3 $2/1 liner Qs…I got the 3 RR AND a cat for a free poise product! I just printed 2 more $2/1 pad Qs and will be turning this deal into a MM tomorrow 🙂

    • Jennifer

Oops lol I had another window open with the Poise deal and replied on the wrong one!

  43. savanah

Helppp! Does any one have the last for digits of the coupon for the revlon the 2 dollor walgreens coupon,my barcode got ripped off

    • Shell B

      for which q?

    • alicia

      it’s just a barcode, it’s doesn’t show the numbers

  44. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

My children’s Advil purchases were also generating free rebox codes. This happened twice today. A nice surprise!

    • alicia

which specific ones did you buy to generate the redbox codes?

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I bought the .5 oz drops.

  45. Colbyjack

The M & M RR didn’t print, so I paid way more for M & M’s than I normally would have…bummer. The ones for blistex or cold med. didn’t either, but Mgr gave me a gift card for them. Wouldn’t for the $5RR for the M & M’s since he could not find anywhere than it should be that way. Did this deal work for others?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I did the M&M deal this morning and it worked fine. I live in Northern CA. sounds like your Walgreens is having a problem with all of their RR’s.

    • LaToya

I’m in Idaho and they both worked and printed for me…several times…

      • rebecacha

So the pretzel ones were part of the $2/5 sale?

  46. kmay

When i bought two infant advil this morning in popped out a free red box movie rental code. I got two for .98 cents! used two -$1 from online, one -$2 in ad coupon (took off $4) and one -$2 infant booklet (took off $4). They were $5.49 at my store.

    • alicia

which infant advil, what are the upc #?

  47. Gina

I’m in Eastern Washington and didn’t get the Prilosec rebate or coupon. 🙁 Did anybody else? Anyone wanna make a deal? 🙂

    • Gina

      Oops – I mean Predacid. 🙂

      • Gina

Prevacid! Good grief. I’m going back to bed today.

        • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Just one of those days huh? Got it here in MN, I’m not going to use it. I would like high value coupons for crackers (Nabisco) and healthy cereal (including Cheerios). I’d love some coupons for produce or the $2 Kashi on Recyclebank.

          • Gina

Thank you, Laura, I have plenty of cereal coupons that I can send your way, but not many cracker coupons. I don’t do Recyclebank. 🙁 Here’s my email – if you send me a message with your address we can exchange addresses and swap coupons! Thanks a bunch! 🙂 -Gina hebegbe@gmail.com

      • Sheng

I have a few of the predacid coupons but im not sure about the rebate one. Did you still want it? Let email me at moualove29@yahoo.com. 🙂

  48. Sheng

Anyone have any of the $5/1 Revlon Age Defying regional coupons found in the 9/18 SS because i really need it and i don’t have it in my newspaper… I have tons of coupns to trade if anyone is willing to trade. Please..thanks 🙂 here is my email moualove29@yahoo.com

    • sashagrace

      I emailed you! 🙂

  49. Sheng

Gina i have a few of the predacid coupns but im not sure about the rebate one.. I have to check when i get home…Do you still want the coupons anyways?

  50. mac6kyra5kylee

Scored the free hyland’s cold and cough and free chapstick today, woohoo!!!! Now to figure out what to use my RR on, lol

    • vikesdoll1

I am so lucky, because our local grocery chain accepts RR!
