I tried to order, but I received an error – please fix areas highlighted in red – but there is nothing highlighted in red to correct. My info is correct. I even tried to wipe out the info and retype. Same message.
I emailed customer service – we’ll see they can fix it.
Couldn’t submit it until I scrolled up the page a little bit & realized it said my e-mail was already registered with them. I forgot I was registered with them already- could maybe that be the problem for you as well?
I had this problem earlier as well. I just tried again later and it went through fine. Must be a glitch or something :S
It would be nice if I could log-in to get the free Land O’Lakes book. It keeps telling me to correct the email so obviously I do not know which one they are talking about. I only have two. So, I can’t even have you email me my password (which isn’t working) because the email isn’t correct. How frustrating….I have used Land O’Lakes butter for all of my life, many years. And you do this to me???
I tried 2 of my 3 email addresses & it kept telling me to enter a valid email. My CAPS Lock was on, so I turned it off & re-typed the first email I tried & it went through just fine!! Very strange – didn’t like it in CAPS was the problem!
