Wow! Here’s yet another reason to head over to Rite Aid to snatch up some sweet deals on CoverGirl products! As you likely know, CoverGirl products are on sale at Rite Aid this week Buy 1 Get 1 50% Off and when you spend $30, you’ll snag a $10 +Up Reward. And when you add in the *HOT* $8/2 CoverGirl Face product coupons from the 10/2 PG, you have yourself a moneymaking deal! And to sweeten this deal even more, you can snag CoverGirl points when you purchase select CoverGirl items that you can use to redeem FREE Taylor Swift merchandise!
Here’s what you need to do:
* Purchase select CoverGirl products at participating locations (purchases from 8/22/11 through 12/31/11 are valid for this promo). Please note that Rite Aid is a participating location; however, I am not aware of other participating locations and cannot seem to find a list online. I am also not able to find a list of the participating CoverGirl items that qualify for this promo.
* Head over here and register for a FREE membership
* Enter the unique code(s) printed on your receipt. You’ll earn 10 points for each qualifying CoverGirl product purchased.
* To redeem your Points, click on the See Merchandise button. Then, you will see a list of merchandise which you can select from and click “Add to cart.” Once it is in your cart listed at the top of the Merchandise page, you can select the quantity you would like and click “Continue”. The number of Points redeemed will then be deducted from your Point balance.
* Use your points to snag items like the Taylor Swift Hand Heart Keychain for 10 points or the White Mine T-Shirt for only 30 points!

I’m not positive but I’m pretty sure that the participating items are only the naturluxe line (because well, she’s the face of it lol) but I’m not sure. I already did this deal with other deals, like with that 5/2 coupon and the shipping only takes about 1 week and a half so it’s not too bad 🙂 Good luck!

I bought the regular cover girl products and got codes for each one as well. I snagged 3 key chains, 1 journal and 1 t-shirt
I did this a few weeks ago and picked the journal- it came this week and it awesome! I can’t believe it was free! It came in a box saying the retail was $19.95- it would be a great gift for Taylor fans. But I agree that I think this is only valid with naturluxe- I did it when riteaid had the naturluxe lipsticks on promo using the $5 off Q for naturluxe.

I got codes with my regular items as well this morning. I had ordered a few items it seems like a month or so ago when the natureluxe coupon was out as well but haven’t received them yet. It told me shipping would take 4-6 weeks so I guess you got lucky with getting yours so quick!
Did the website allow you to order more? Or dud it remember you’d previously ordered from a month ago?
It allowed me to order more. Last month I ordered one tshirt & a bracelet and today it allowed me to order 2 tshirts and 2 bracelets

It looks like you can redeem multiple times- I redeemed about 3-4 weeks ago and was able to again today. The login page just has something like ‘add more codes’ which seems like you can continue to add. Also, it says the codes (on the bottom of the reciept) are good through December of this year. So if it doesn’t let you- hold on to them until later!

What a terrific deal!! I got 8 Cover Girl items and for $33.52 and paid $1.52 OOP and got $10 plus up reward. Got 8 codes which I redeemed for 8 braclets. Have 8 granddaughters, so PERFECT! Smiling really big here! 🙂

Can someone please tell me where codes are located on the receipt? I bought 8 CG items this morning and don’t see any codes on my receipt. The only code I do see is the one at the bottom. It’s the Rite Aid “Tell Us About Our Service” code.
I did get a $10 Up Reward on my receipt when I bought the CG makeup and my husband let the cashier tear it off to use on a separate purchase we were making. I wasn’t at the register when she did this so I didn’t see her tear it off – he did. Are the codes above or below the Up Reward? If so, she may have torn my codes off as well. What do the codes look like? Are they 8 separate codes?
Didn’t know about this Taylor Swift deal until now when we just got back home. Sigh.

BUMMER! The cashier probably did take it without knowing… my codes were under the UP rewards and they print the codes in a block. If you made money on the deal, you may want to go grab another 4 $8/2 coupons and do the deal again just to get the codes (you won’t get another $10 UP, but it’ll still be cheap cheap cheap! (I’d even ask the cashier to look back through the redeemed UPs to see if she/he has your other codes). With 80 points you can get a LOT of stuff!

Hubby just called. He went back and got my 8 codes. The cashier accidentally tore them off along with my $10 Up Reward we were using. My codes were still in the till attached to the Up Reward. LOL! Now, I’m off to order my Taylor Swift merch!

Off topic question – regarding the P&G rebate form for $10 back on $50 producst, the form has space for putting UPC of only 8 items. Does anyone know how to claim with more than 8 items?

So i bought the 4 blush and 4 concealers today but i think i screwed up and bought the wrong ones. My total ended up being they owed me $0.01 and my tracked total was only $29.64 so I didnt get the UP reward. I ended up having to buy 2 more items to get the UP. BUT i did get 10 codes so I ordered 3 journals, 1 bracelet and a t-shirt 🙂 I also got a bunch of extra papers so my mom can do the deal and get me more free codes 🙂 THis is an AWESOME week for coupons!! 6 sets PLUS some extra ones in the A section of the Buffalo News.

I don’t think there is a limit to the points that you can get and I’m pretty sure that you get 10 points for each covergirl item that you buy. I got 8 covergirl products this afternoon and after I got my up reward I ended up getting all 8 items for free and… ended up with 80 points! I got a tshirt, the journal and two bracelets! 🙂
I got 8 Covergirl products (2 eyeshadows, 2 blushes, 2 mascaras, 2 fruit lip spritzers). I used 4 $8/2 MQs, paid $6.65 OOP. I received my $10 +UP & my 8 Taylor swift codes. I entered my codes and got a free bracelet, journal, t-shirt, keychain, and entered to win concert tickets.
I’m going to go back next week and get $13 more in makeup (minus my coupons) and then submit for the $10 P&G rebate.

The $8/2 coupon is only valid for face products deifined as foundation, powders, concealer, and blushes/bronzers as per P&G website. Just wanted to let you know the coupons aren’t technically valid for some of the items you purchased, even though it didn’t beep.
