It’s not your Mac. I’m using a Gateway laptop and Firefox, and I’m getting the same message. Hopefully they’ll get it corrected soon.

I finally got it too! A pop-up popped up saying “prevent dialog from repeating?” I checked the box and it doesn’t come up anymore! 🙂

I finally got mine when I filled in the form manually instead of using my auto fill!!! Maybe that will work for someone else too.

rephresh the page then if you get software error change your time zone on your pc….thats what I had to do and I got it.
