  Mine did that too, it was because the herbal essence sample and one of the coupons had a drop down with options you had to pick.

  I had the same problem too. Then I remembered that I had to have at least one Uppercase letter in my password. I ALWAYS forget that. Took me three tries to remember that.

    I got two free samples and a few coupons. My girlfriend really likes herbal essences, so that will be nice for when she goes to see her family for christmas. I always like the samples cause they look cute =)

    then it said our records indicate you’ve already ordered a P&G sampler. Or have received samples from one of our other brands then listed Tide etc.
    Ummm, no. I have never ordered a sampler box, but yeah I’ve received samples from other sites?? so I don’t know if it will go thru or not.

  The same thing happened to me, but here’s what finally worked. If you selected the Tide Stain Release coupon, you have to choose whether you want a $3 or $1 coupon. That was the reason mine wasn’t submitting. HTH!
