Have you had the opportunity to evaluate which regions get the best coupon values? It would be nice if we knew which one to subscribe to. Living in Merced, CA we are not blessed with double couponing. K-Mart did it last month for a day, but only doubled coupons up 99 cents, go figure! This weekend was a bust, bought 3 papers and none of them had a smart source. (Our Saturday paper is our Sunday paper). Merced Sun Star said I could go in pick them up on Monday. My trip to the Atwater Walmart was even worse! The new checker evaluated each and every coupon with a microscope and refused to take more than one of each coupon. Three managers and an hour later, I walked out of the store with my purchases. Plus, their travel size area was as big as a refrigerator. To top it off, my freezer decided to take a leak on the kitchen floor while I was gone. Thank God, it feels better now. Any way, Happy Happy Happy Sunday to everyone!

Next time you go to WAl Mart make them pull out there coupon policy. It states in the policy there is no restriction on the amount of coupons that is used in one transaction. I work there i no!!!

Had the same thing happen to me at Shop Rite. The cashier, a young man inspected each & every coupon & wouldn’t take one. It was a legit coupon but he would not budge. I should of asked for a manager but this is the first time this happened to me to this degree & I just wanted to leave the store. I did call corporate the next day & they were nice & did apologize for his behavior but they didn’t even ask for any info. on the man or location. It makes you not want to shop there anymore even though I have shopped there for years. On the other hand I went to Walmart last night & the cashier was sooo nice & sweet I actually called corporate to compliment her! You never know what your going to get when you pick a line to check out in! Thanks for listening to me vent! ๐Ÿ™‚

Just getting started. Made my first small purchase at Walgreen and paid 66 cents for the items I bought. I still haven’t figured out the limit of 4 like coupons of same item. Help.

    • Jenn

      Olgabau:
A lot of coupons now state that you can only use 4 like coupons per transaction. This means if you have 5 old spice coupons you would have to spilt up your transactions. Buy 4 old spice items in the first transaction and then 1 in the next transaction. My local Kroger has a limit of 4 like coupons per customer per day. My local Walmart doesn’t have any limits so you can have as many transactions as you want using coupons.

I got a P&G Brandsaver!!!! All different coupons from the last one! Im in Georgia

    • jen

was it maybe an overstock at the distributor from 10/16 P&G??

  4. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Question: I know that Rite Aid will let you do post coupons, but does Walgreens let you do that too?

  5. rosebudds

It seems like the Red Plum insert is the same set of coupons I got last week.

  6. jennifer

Rosebudds, I think your right the coupons seem offly familiar…. Hmm, Don’t really like this weeks coupons. Does anyone know how often P&G has inserts? New to the couponing thing:)

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I believe usually once a month. October had 2, though…a big one and then a smaller one. The coupons are only good for the month (I believe).

    • Marie

Go to Sundaycouponinserts.com and they will have a listing of what inserts will be in each Sundays paper. Plus you also have the option to just buy the inserts.

  7. rachel

Got the Dunkin Donuts treat bag today! Of course I opted for the donuts(yummy) & not buying the bag for .99 cents! It’s really cute! ๐Ÿ™‚

  8. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Even if you didn’t get the coupon for the Free Bag w/ purchase (or 99ยข without)…check your local Dunkin. Mine has had a sign up for the last week or so with the same deal; no coupon necessary.

It is super cute! I’m planning on getting some munchkins to bring home to get the free bag…my hubby and son LOVE the munchkins.

  9. retireewannabe

My Michigan Dunkin deal is a free donut w/the purchase of a large coffee. I’ll be using it on my mom…she LOVES her Dunkin coffee!

    • rachel

I am in NJ & every time I go to D/D on my receipt there is always a survey to take for a free donut w/purchase of a med. or large beverage. Do you have that as well? I love it!

  10. Katkariann

I was looking forward to the huggies coupons in the smartsource…didn’t get them in my paper…what city were those published in???
