Did you get your $10 gift card in an email or by mail with the cookies? I ordered the last one (with the cake) and got an email with $10 off $60… and assumed that the gc will come in the mail, is that true?
The same thing happened to me. I just received my sampler today so I’m hoping the $10 gc will come shortly too! Though, from reading past comments the gc came in an email. . .
The $10 coupon should arrive inside the the same package as your sampler. In addition, I recieved a coupon code $10 off $30 about 24 hours after ordering. After my order was delievered I recieved an email with a gift card for $10. I hope this helps a little.
I checked my package and there was a code for 20% off but no $10 GC. I called customer service and they stated they will be sending one out in the mail and should receive this week. Here’s hoping!

I tried twice, and it wouldn’t take the code for me either. It said the item was not eligible. I was hoping to send this to my son at college for Halloween.

Great Idea, but I am shipping mine to Missouri (600 miles from me) to my niece. So, this deal really is GREAT for me ! But I may may go by and get a couple to fill for my friends. 🙂
Last year i got a very similar jar from cvs for free or close to it (with a $5 off of a fall item store Q). I’ve never tasted this website’s cookies, maybe they are worth it.

This was my 1st purchase from this site. My invoice clearly says $16.98 with the TEN4ME code….but my confirmation e-mails shows $26.98!
The email shows $19.99 plus shipping of $6.98 plus promo code TEN4ME….but $16.98 does nor apprear anywhere in my email 🙁
The same thing just happened to me. I ordered last night and the code worked. Now I received the e-mail conformation with the ten bucks added back on. I just called and cancelled the order…
That happened to me, too. I contacted customer service, and today they sent me an E-mail with a corrected amount.
You got a better customer service person than I did. I had to cancel mine because my customer service person told me I could only use the code on full priced items. Boo!
Cheryl’s is totally sheisty. YOu can’t use that code on any of their deals-free shipping, sale items…nothing. It can only be a full priced item with full priced shipping. Maybe they should put that on the card. Lame-O.
The code wouldn’t work (nor would the one they had posted on their homepage), but I went for it anyway because I have a brother in New York who could use some love. Because it wouldn’t take either code, I got a different gift that was marked as 50% off so I could get the most bang for my buck.
As I keep warning…be careful. This company has been known to charge more than what the printed invoice says. Illegal btw.

I couldn’t get this deal to work, but I do have an FYI for everyone. If you received the email with the $10 gift card and pin #, you can use TEN4ME on a regular priced item (I did the 12 halloween cutouts) and then the gift card and only pay shipping! We got the sampler and the cookies are yummy!
I can’t get this code to work. It keeps telling me the items in my cart do not qualify. 🙁
thanks for the heads up! i just checked my confirmation email and i was also charged the additional $10 w/out my knowledge! I called to get it corrected and the CSR said she would send me the updated email w/ the right price of $16.99. However, they just called me back and said the manager wouldn’t allow it b/c the item was already on sale.
I cancelled my order 🙂 THe CSR felt so bad, but they just lost some business from me. Shady people and them not honoring what their website said is not good service.
Just checked my email and I was also charged the $10.00 back onto the order. I check the order status on their site and it says $16.98 not $26.98. I called customer service and they said it was off of regular priced items, so why does it say $16.98 on my account with them. Asked her about this and she said that there is nothing she could do becuase this code is for regular priced items. I cancelled and took her name, just in case they charge me for the items.

Just called customer service and spoke to a supervisor- she was great and fixed the problem after we both were on Hip2Save web site. I am very happy with their customer service and recommend to call them if any further problems.
I was able to order this for $9.99 shipped. I initially got an email order confirmation stating that I would be charged $19.99 with the discount code. I emailed them and soon after got a response and a new updated order confirmation showing that I was only charged $9.99 ( I wasn’t even charged shipping, possibly because I had it shipped to an APO address??)
I honestly do NOT recommend this company! They send stale cookies and BROKEN cookies- and then they don’t want to replace them. Totally unfair customer service. I am never ordering from them again- no matter how “good” the deal is…
