I had the same problem. They charged my credit card for the full amount ($59) even afterv it said it took 30% off ($17.62).

Same thing happened with the $10 code on the Family Fun magazine deal. My total said $0 after applying the promo code and they charged me full price any way. I had to file a dispute with my credit card to get a refund. Looks like they haven’t worked out the kinks in their system yet. I’m through with them after that experience.

Just my two cents…I’ve used Plum District before, and never had a problem with them. Also, I own a Sedu flat iron (my daughter uses it everyday) and it is the best flat iron ever… better than Chi. I got mine at Ulta for $129, and it came with a mini flat iron, as a “free gift”. It was a Christmas gift for her last year. $80 – 30% sounds like a huge bargin!

What is the number for Plum District? Just order the steaks with promo code, but when I hit the summit botton, they charged my credit card the $59. Not cool. The only way that I see to contact them is by email. Their online chat……, nobody home. Service like this takes the joy out of the deal
