Each code is different. The same one can’t be used twice. It is not the upc code you need it is on a card inside the package. Hope this helps.

I am so disappoint in the this rebate I’m suppose to be getting. Every time I try to go to the rebate form I get an error and cannot get to the page. I guess I will not be able to get my rebate offer. If anyone can help me out and tell me where to go it would be greatly appreicated!!!

I ordered 6 of these gift baskets for family members expecting to get rebates back for all of them. Today in the mail I have only recieved a rebate back for one of them. I called customer services and they told me it now says one per household. I even tried to get at least the magazines for my family members and they would not even let me do that. I don’t think I will be doing another deal like this one and I am planning on taking these gift sets back to Walmart.
The same thing happened to me today as well as I was supposed to get two rebates back and only got the one. I also called customer service and was told it was only one per household. I asked her if it stated that on the form as I don’t recall seeing that and she said it did. She apologized but what a bummer, they aren’t consistent with all their rebates for this offer. Some people received multiple rebates and some didn’t.
Today, I received a letter stating my request was denied because it was received after the refund deadline. I sent the refund in back in October! Plus it says it’s good til 4/30/12. I will be calling customer service tomorrow.
Same for me! I called customer service and they put in a “claim” to have someone call me and they never did. I called again today and she said they had to have received it by 31 oct, not just postmarked. How is that possible?! I have no control over how fast first class mail gets somewhere and how long it then sits on a processors desk! $30 down the drain.
I bought 2 of these baskets separately about a month ago,
and submitted 2 envelopes for separate rebates.
Today I received a letter from “Glamour” saying that they are unable to process my request for a refund because the refund request exceeds the maximum allowable refund threshold.
I combed through the offer details just now (I have the pdf file for the original offer), and see nothing about a limit of one rebate.
I wouldn’t have bought the 2nd one had I known I wouldn’t be getting a rebate for it (sorry, funds are REALLY limited here!).
Have the rest of you had similar experiences?
I just received the same letter. I called Customer Service and they were of NO help at all. They really had no idea what I was talking about. She kept telling me I got the item for free, so they could not issue the rebate. I never got the item for free as the receipt says that they have, but she would not listen. I also ordered two had not received even one check. Just the letter.
I’ve only received the one rejection letter also.
I’m holding out hope that I’ll at least get ONE rebate!!

I called the number that was on the “Glamour” rejection letter. I figured since they sent the letter, they would know a little about what was going on. I was wrong. I am going to try again tomorrow to see if I can talk to someone with a bit of knowledge about the rebate. The lady I spoke to said according to her computer, I was not getting a check back at all but she could not tell me why. I should at least get one!
Okay- I called Conde Nast and spoke with a few different people before talking to a manager. She then had to contact her supervisor and after I explained I had sent both rebates in BEFORE they posted the “1 per household” rule, she said she would honor both. I guess we will see!

So after talking to two different people, the supervisor told me to send in the letter I recieved… indicating that I mailed the rebate before the “limit one refund per household” rule and that I would like for them to honor my rebate. The fax number she gave me was 515-433-1013. Let’s hope they honor the request.

On the rejection letter from Glamour there’s a customer service number… 1-800-274-7410. Or you could call Conde Nest Magazine customer service (from the rebate form)… 1-800-890-7104. I’ve called both numbers and they both gave me the same info about the rebate. Both customer services also gave me the “limit one per household” speach but I made sure to point out that the form that I printed out (and sent) was before they changed the “rule”, then was transfered to a supervisor who told me how to fax back the rejection letter with my request for them to honor my rebate.
Can you give us the fax number after you receive your rebate so that we can do the same?

Called Conde Nast and was just told an apology but they couldn’t honor it because it now says one per household. I pointed out that in October, it did not say this and I had mailed off my information long before they changed it, but was still given the same response. Disappointing that of the 3 I bought, I won’t be receiving any of them.
I received a letter today that said that unfortunately my request cannot be processed becuase it was received after the request deadline and when I called customer service at 800-274-7410 they told me that is one per household and that actually don’t know why I have received that letter because I was issued one rebate that I should receive in a week.
But I sent 4 cards. And then the representative told me it is one per household and that is why I have received that letter. And when I told her my letter says that it is late and not one per household she said that this is the only letter they have and whenever they cannot process a request they send it. Then when I told her that the website on the cards has crashed she said that it is one per household and although the site has not specified that this is all that she can issue. And when I told her that these were presents for my sister and mother who all live at separate addresses and I would have shipped them to them if I knew she hang up.
Do you think that this is how customers should be treated: sending incorrect letters, giving strange explanations, and rude answers.
WHAT????? I am soooooooo frustrated with this whole thing! Anjela…I received the same letter but when I called the # I couldn’t get anyone on the line! I just told my husband about them changing the rebate form and he said that is fraud! I totally agree! I sent in for 3. I got the same letter about sending it after the deadline. HUH???? Uh…no! I gave one to my daughter as a little surprise and still have the other 2. I am returning the other 2 back to Walmart and just want my one refund. I will NEVER purchase a Allure/Glamour magazine EVER for the company playing these games! P and G have always been awesome with their rebates. Soooo don’t feel like dealing with this but think about how many will get those letters and never say anything. Well…they will hear from me.

What is up with them hanging up on you???? The cut off date was 6/2012 right? I need to go through my papers and find it. I NEVER would have paid $9 a basket if I knew a refund was not coming back. As couponers…We can get that stuff ALOT cheaper! I wonder if Collin did this deal. So sorry you do not have a Walmart by you. I think I am going to call and fax in my paper. Ugh! I have the same issue. I just got a letter that the refund request was received after the deadline. No way. This is poor customer service. Unfortunately I do not have the request for anymore so I doubt there is anything I can do.
Jennifer, I found a request form. It may not be the exact same one but it has the exact same dates as what was on the one I sent in, so I am using it to argue with. I was told mine was received after the deadline as well. I will not be hanging up until I receive a refund. 🙂

I ordered two baskets and chose to receive one subscription and one rebate. When I got my letter saying I could not get the rebate because my submission was “past the deadline” I called the number and the cust service rep could see that my subscription had been processed. So that means no rebate for me after submitting for just one……
Same for me! First they sent me to another 877 number to put in a “claim” to get a call back, which never happened. So I called today and was told the deadline is different on each type of promo card in the package and mine was 31 oct. Since most of us purchased these venus/olay packs on 23 Oct and mine was delivered 27 oct and I mailed out the refund request that day, was too late apparently. Ive never heard of a rebate needing to be received before a date, just post marked by a date. who knows how many they let sit in a room until after that date just so they can send out rejection letters! So done!
Got the same letter. bought three and submitted them together BEFORE they changed it to one per household. VERY dissappointed. Boo Glamour. Not classy at all. And to send a letter saying that it was my fault for sending it too late!?
I just got a rejection letter saying that the price didn’t meet the requirements. Apparently, they had to be purchased for $9.99 in order to get the refund of $9, but walmart wasn’t selling them for that. ridiculous.
