My $10 credit was already in my account. I did not have to put in any type of code… it just subtracted from my total. I still had to put in my credit card info, but it did not charge anything.

It’s a steal deal, and says that credits can’t be used, but it’s allowing it when you click to buy. Even the 10% off code I had entered before. Okay.. it must be a glitch in their system as I logged back into my soap.com account again and the shipping charge has been removed.
ACtually.. the problem was still there when I logged back in.. so I called soap.com customer support.. they are super quick and helpful. I explained the problem, the person on the phone just credited my account for the shipping amount.. and that applies to my payment and took the shipping off.
Alls I paid was 0.34 cents tax

just comfirmed after playing around with the soap.com website…. you can NOT combine the yoyo $20 voucher with the soap.com voucher. I also tried combining with the $10 Wag promo code. You can only use one of the disounts at a time.

Just wanted to say that I have also had a good experience with soap.com-I had a promo code for the site after doing a diapers.com order and decided to get some Mrs. Meyers’ cleaning products (which I’ve been wanting to try) from there. (They were cheaper on soap.com than Amazon which was surprising.) Apparently my order got messed up in transit and so they had to send me another one…even then I got all of the products in less than 5 business days.

The voucher did not work for wags.com stuff, but you can get free shipping on the wags.com stuff when using the voucher on soap.com stuff. At least that is how my cart worked out. I’m new to both. I got 2 boxes of trash bags, a big bag of hay for my bunnies, a bunny toy and cough drops and paid $1.48 after the voucher and the WAG10FREE wags.com code.
