Does anyone know if you can use a 20% off coupon code with this and still get the cash back?

    • Courtney

What is the code for 20% off if you don’t mind sharing.

      • KathyV

When you are checking out, there is a 20% offer that you can click on and it will then automatically take it off your order. You don’t need to put in any kind of code, just click on the circle for the 20% off.

        • dannielle

At what point would I see the discount offer?

          • KathyV

It’s at the end of your checkout … I think right before you put in your payment information. There will be two choices ~ either take the 20% off or don’t take it. Click on the circle of your choice … it will be on the left side of the screen.

I was going to ask the same question as above….because it is showing up for me. Wouldn’t be much off, but every penny counts right?

    • Leigh

I know that this of off the subject but did any one get the peeled snacks deal? I received mine a few days ago. I ordered cherries. When I opened the cherry bag they are raisins which are much cheaper than cherries. I emailed customer service and they said that they were buying cherries from a different company and that is why they are small. It’s not just that they are small-they look, smell and taste like raisins. I mean I know what raisins taste like and I know the difference between raisins and cherries. They are now supposed to be sending me mangos since I was disappointed with the cherries. Did anyone else order cherries and get raisins?

I am new to Shopathome.com. Could anyone please explain how to use it? Do I checkout at BBB?

    • Jamie

You got to shopathome.com and choose a store u want to purchase from. If u go to their site (shopathome.com) first, they will track your purchase and give you either a percent back or the occasional full purchase back such as the candle deal. These deals are called WILD deals, but u do not get tax back. I was new to them a few months ago. Be sure to keep track of what u are owed because I have had to send some emails because I did not receive my rebates. It can take up to 30 days thought to post so u need to wait 30 days before emailing them about a purchase

      • Jolie

So the rewards are rebates! I had a hard time understanding the process. I hope people who are new to this read your comment. Thank you so much =)

        • Jamie

          Your very welcome

  4. marianoelle

I can’t get shopathome to open?!?

    • Dawn

It’s very slow, probably because of all the traffic trying to get there at once. It took about 5 minutes for my page to load. Will just have to be patient.

  5. dannielle

My total came to 1.62 :/

  6. jmartcougar

is it only the cinnamon candle I am not a big fan of cinnamon lol

    • Dawn

I’m not a big fan of candles at all, but I know a lot of people who are, and these make great gift ideas!!

    • Dawn

Enjoy a votive candle or potpourri tart priced $1.49 in the following scents:
      Sparkling Cinnamon
      Mistletoe
      Cranberry Chutney

      • marianoelle

Do you know how you select a different scent than cinnamon?

      • marianoelle

        I think I figured it out πŸ™‚

  7. Kristina

I tried the 20% code and it went through. Saved 30 cents. Nice inexpensive Christmas gift. Thanks again, Collin!

    • Dee

I was going to do that but then noticed on the Shop At Home guidelines that they cannot be used with any other coupon or offer. πŸ™

      • KathyV

I used the 20% offer and I am hoping that I will still get cash back offer from ShopAtHome. If not, I think I will talk to Customer Service about it as it really wasn’t clear about that. I would think that ShopAtHome would still give us credit for the amount we paid after the 20% discount.

  8. Deanna

Just a warning, I have done this offer twice and still not received my money in my account at shopathome. I have notified them with no response. The money should be in there, the first purchase was 8/30. Has anyone else had this problem. Shopathome usually is very good about crediting your account, I use them all the time.

    • Jamie

I have not had issues with the candles being credited, but I have with Walgreens and I just sent them an email this morning for the Food Saver deal back in September. I could not fine the order number anywhere for a Walgreens deal I did in August so I had to skip that deal. I kept my last purchase receipt in case I do not get that deal. I picked both of the Walgreens up in store for free rather than pay shipping, so I do not know if that has any affect.

      • Ashley

I did the last deal for a free votive and it was listed as pending on my account on 09/20/2011. Does anyone know if it stays in pending status until I reach $20.00 or do I need to contact them?

        Thanks!

    • Brittany

      Hi Deanna,

Yes, I have issues with Shopathome. Some of my deals post, others don’t. I currently have four emails sent to SAH pending response. I’m getting frustrated, but I figured as long as I keep all my receipts, and keep emailing them, I will get my account credited…

    • Jana

yes, I did the one on 9/20 and got nothing. Went to email them today about it and there was no track-back # on my account. I know I clicked through shop at home, some days Shop at Home isn’t worth it for me. If this one fails to post I will probably just go back to Ebates.

      • Olya

I started using Shopathome , and got frustrated too. Wild cash rewards takes a lot of time to be posted in your account, my advice, just be organized, keep in your email all order details, until you get item and!!! cash back listed, and if you don’t get it, submit your claim.
It worked for me so far.

        • Adrienne

I’ve had similar problems with ebates. I know that I used Ebates during all the mad online shopping around Thanksgiving, and a lot of my purchases didn’t get credited. I had some written down, but others not. I was too confused to followup on it. lol

        • Susan

ShopAtHome does not have good customer service at all. I wonder if they even have anyone who reads their e-mails. I too had issues and sent several e-mails without a response. Just be careful when using them. From reading others posts, it sounds hit or miss with getting cash back. I always recommend using Ebates. It is a trusted cash back site with great customer service. I know their cash back pay out sometimes isn’t as much as other sites, but I would take better customer service over an extra percentage and terrible customer service any day.

  9. Jenn

I got the mistletoe tart! $1.59 and $1.49 into my shopathome acct!!!!Thanks!

  10. sne3103

I got the cranberry chutney. Paid $1.49..thanks Collin!

  11. Nandry

    Do they accept PayPal?

    • Kathi

I did not see that as a payment option when I checked out.

  12. Charity

Got the cinnamon candle for $1.59 shipped!

  13. barbie

This is probly a stupid question beings no one has asked it but can you get more than 1 candle?

    • KathyV

I actually wondered this too. I don’t know the answer though. Does anyone else know?

      • Jana

you can buy more than one but you will only get the wild cash back reward for 1.

        • KathyV

          Thank you Jana! πŸ™‚

  14. Adrienne

only thing i don’t like about ShopAtHome is you have to accrue $20 to be issued a check back. Ebates doesn’t have a minimum, I don’t think.

    • Kristy

They have one the very first time then no minimun after that. I wish Ebates would so somethng like this. I have a shop at home account but have never used it. Still debating now that I am hearing people have issues with them.

  15. Cathryn

Just sent one to a friend as a little surprise. Even if I don’t get the cash back to work, it’ll be fun to know she’s going to open her mail with a little gift in the next few days πŸ™‚ FUN!

    • Kathi

      What a great idea!

    • barbie

      what a thoughtful idea!

  16. Sharra

    Got mine, thanks Collin!

  17. Jane

    Thanks, I got it!!

  18. Vicki

I have had trouble with shop at home crediting my account also.

  19. Ms Tee

How big are the Yankee candles? I see one for .99..the buttercream. Sounds good πŸ™‚ I’m doing this through bed bath and beyond’s website-I don’t want to mess with shopathome-seems like too big of a hassle.

  20. dannielle

Is no one else being charged tax? Mine is coming to 1.62…

    Nobody?

    • Jane

      1.58 after tax for me.

i also chose the cranberry scent because im not a big fan of cinnamon.

    • Amanda

      $1.58 for me too.

    • Lana

      1.63 for me.

    • April

mine was $1.58 also. Still a good deal. Will save it and use it for my jack-o-lanterns next year.

  21. sahmom04

Am I the only one who is not seeing the 20% off offer? I am at the page where it asks for my credit card info and it’s not on that page. Does it show up on the next page? I want to find out before I submit my cc info. Thanks.

    • B

      I never saw it either

    • B

but I read earlier comments that said the shopathome deal may not apply if you use an additional coupon, so it wasn’t worth the 30 cents to risk it.

  22. Kimberly

    Got it! Thank you.
