first name, last name, your whole st address (only one line) city, state, zip, and email address…i think i checked both boxes…i couldn’t see either so I’m hoping i didn’t sell a kidney or something…

Isnt it frustrating that they offer these coupons but don’t have the networks to back up the amount of traffic it creates. Argh!!!
