Bummer for those who didn’t get it… it seems pretty random. We bought a laptop this year so that may be why we got it, but I saw someone commented on Facebook that they bought a computer this year and didn’t get one. I’m excited that my deal got shared though!

I had this problem about three weeks ago I had to call them and it still didnt work. I dont remember how I got on but was able to reset. Its always difficult with them.
Same issue here. I called them at 1-888-BEST BUY and after holding for over 6 minutes, I got hung up on. Tried again and it happened again. I figured it wasn’t worth my time trying to log on to see if I had a certificate or not. Let me know if you have any luck trying to log in.

Last year they did the same thing & which we didn’t receive anything. I called & spoke with customer service (last year) & she explained to me they gave out “certificates” if you didn’t purchase in a long time to try to get people back into the store. Not sure what the deal is this year – could be the same type of “promo”
that makes sense… i was thinking it also might be related to something that people have purchased. For example, maybe if you’ve purchased an apple product you get a certain reward, depending on how much the product cost.
