i was wondering the same thing because i have the same coupon (rp 10/16)
But the deal says online or by phone only so I don’t think it is in store.
My local commissary carries this at $4.99 a lot & I stock up when I have the $1 off coupons… just make sure you pick up the “double” roll… with a pattern on the roll. The “single” roll is REALLY thin and you end up using much more than you realize.
Same, but I once saw it for $3.99 and stocked up!
What does “recycled” mean?

It means NOT SO SOFT! I do buy it when it is really cheap and give it to my college kids when they whine that they are out. They don’t care because it is free for them. If you have sensitive skin you might want to skip this brand 😀

It’s made from recycled paper products… you know like office paper, or cereal boxes, etc…. very environmentally friendly unlike many products that you get using coupons!

Just ordered M&M’s and toilet paper for $16.03 delivered to my Staples, my husband works right to Staples, so it is very convenient for us. And the price is great!
Just compared the Prices on Sams Club.com Candies- 56.oz &9.95, Toilet Paper 24 (2ply) $11.78, well according to what I’ve bought it’s just a few cents more.
The price you quoted at Sam’s is correct, but those rolls are HALF the size – 168 sheets, compared to 336/roll in this pack. The 24 rolls at Sam’s equals the same number of sheets as the 12-pack at Staples (and twice as many cardboard tubes, something to consider if you’re trying to be eco-friendly). You’ll pay about 12 cents per 100 sheets in this package, or 29 cents if you buy at Sam’s. The POM bath tissue is still cheaper at Sam’s (about 10 cents per 100 sheets) but this is an excellent price for recycled TP.
I just ordered 9 of them, so I got free shipping. I’ll bet we’ll use them eventually. 😉

Check you binders, I had $25 off $75 at Staples excluding computers. I got 10 cases (the max) plus 5 packages of copy paper, and 3 rolls of packing tape delivered for $55. Just a side note, when they calculate free shipping- they were doing it before the coupon, so you only need to add 5 cases from what my screen was showing me. I didn’t compete my checkout, as I found my other coupon- so I increased my total order.

You can also have it shipped to your local store for FREE. I only got one to try it and then used one of my rewards I had for $2.00 making my total only $3-something altogether.

This is actually the only TP I use! Thanks Colin! I stocked up at shaws when they had a super deal for B1G1 FREE! This deal is not as good but still a great deal if you have coupons/rewards and are running out! FYI I use to use Scotts regular so this is comparable, if you like super soft TP you may not like this.

I saw an episode of that (HORRIBLE) show Extreme Couponing lately that had a woman who bought a ton of these with coupons… does anyone have a clue where she these coupons, or the items even? I dont think I have ever seen it before let alone a coupon for it.
