I spoke with Overstock about not receiving this offer, I usually wouldn’t do that but I was curious as to why some would get it and some would not if we are signed up we should all get the same emails. They said that if you haven’t made a purchase in a while then your account is deactivated from the emails. I hope that helps you guys if you were wondering! 🙂

I complained to overstock.com about no receiving a coupon and was first told it was only for new customers, spoke to someone else who told me it was only for existing customers, and threatened to never shop with them again and wanted to speak to someone of higher authority. they immediately offered me to $10 discount, and I was able to snag some DIAMOND EARRINGS for $10!!!
