I’m only wondering why everyone is only buying 3 of these appliances? I’ve read through their rebate and I didnt find anything that said a Limit of 3 Total Rebates for each household….it only says a rebate Limit of only 2 rebates for each separate item. Maybe it’s that most only have $50 to spend right now. I went ahead and ordered 6 of these appliances, with my total coming to $110, so I’ve charged $110 out of pocket I will pay next month, yet then receive back $60 in Rebate money, I’ve already been emailed my $30 Kohls Cash, then by Feb 2012 I’ll get my $10 Ebates Cash Back, and I think that ends up providing 6 great gifts for people that will only end up having a final cost of $1.65 per gift, or just $10 I will have actually expended after everything evens out with rebates and cash back. Wow. Now to only hope they dont cancel orders and the rebate check or checks show up in 2 months.

thank you so much for the step by step scenario. I got all 3 items and they are going to the womens shelter. I won’t be a single penny out of pocket because I used Kohls gift cards I bought last week @ Safeway. Bought 4 GC X $25 = $100 and got a catalina for $15 so i consider that $85 OOP for GC…I used $50 worth of GC but only paid $42.50 for them. AND…Kohls GC were part of the promotion for 4X gas points so i earned 400 points. You get $0.10/gal off for each 100 points. I went straight to Safeway gas station and got $0.40/gal. off gas. Saved $8.00 on gas.
It would be great if my brain worked like this on a consistant basis! When everything aligns perfectly it takes the sting out of the transactions I mess up.

You will get the rebate back in a Kohl’s gift card.
I called and they said its a check…not a gift card.
Is the confirmation email they send you the receipt? Is that what you need to send in for the rebate?
And on another note, has anyone gotten the rebate back from the Walmart P&G bundles with the razor and other stuff in it yet? I sent in a printed online receipt with them, too, and am wondering if they will be accepted.
I sent in 3 rebates at once. I did send in the ones that were in the box. There was no limit on the form. Now I am reading that the form has since been changed and I would only receive one rebate. Well then I will be returning my other 2 sets. How can the company legally do this…right? Anyone out there get more than one rebate back?
Okay, for the Kohls thing I know they will send you a receipt to your email and ship with product. The rebate says you can “copy” the receipt 🙂 Thank goodness… and I just called to confirm that yes it is CASH 🙂 woo! You still have to send in 3 seperate rebates, but you are allowed to copy your receipt since you will have all of your items on one.
About the Walmart rebate…it sucks that they did that but I’m sure somewhere on there it said “Subject to change without notice” 🙁
I got the deal, thank goodness, but my order was like $60 so I decided to spend another $40 and get two $15 Kohls Cash offers. My total came to like $104 and they only sent me one $15 certificate. I thought maybe I should add another item and that should settle any discrepancies. Only way to change an order is to call within 1 hour of placing the order. I called the first time and got put on hold forever. I called back 10 mins later and was told after going through all the “press 1’s” to call back during business hours, THANK YOU, GOODBYE! They hung up on me, I was so mad because this was like 2:00 this afternoon! Now what can I do? Do you think they will give me the other $15, if I can ever get through to them on the phone or is this a waste of time?
Just curious was your subtotal at least a $100 or was your final total a $100…that can make a huge difference bc of tax.
It broke down like this: $120.42-discount $24.08 plus tax $6.74 = $103.08.

Even if I was a little short wouldn’t they have rounded mine up? I would never have spent that much if I had known I wasn’t getting $30 cash back and I didn’t find out until the order was done and my email came. Maybe I can just take the extra items back if they won’t give me the $15. It would be a pain to have to deal with though. I don’t have a Kohl’s in my town.

Your total has to be over $100 before taxes. You ended up a little short.
Call them and explain to them that the policy was unclear to you and you didn’t realize that it was the subtotal that had to be within $2 and not the total. Kohls honestly does all they can to please their customers. I work there and from day one, they kept saying “yes we can” and to always make the customer happy.

This is so true. One time I during a Kohl’s Cash promotion I made two separate transactions (and one was like $40 so I didn’t get any cash back) and then I went back the next day and made a $50-60 transaction. When I checked out, I realized there was a Kohl’s cash promotion going on and I had made a transaction the night before. I asked her if I could get my receipt from last night and she just handed me an extra $10 Kohl’s Cash instead! I was so happy…. :)))

I placed my order exactly as you have outlined above ordering the Waffle maker item number 91144134. I received my packages today and was completing the Rebate Forms when I noticed that that the UPC codes on the item — 29486-13591 does not match the one listed on the Rebate form of 29486-15231……I thought that I double checked when I ordered that the item that the eligible for rebate flag was on the item. Have you had any issues or do you have any suggestions?
I just got mine today too and see that the UPC is the same as yours. But I looked on my packing slip from Kohls and it has the 15231 number listed on it, so maybe they are somehow the same model? I am going to try and send it in anyway since the packing slip matches and hope for the best!
I’m just sending mine in too – both the waffle iron and the dutch oven that I bought which were rebate-worthy had different numbers on the UPC. I also emailed them but have yet to hear back.
So glad to see your note. Just had my husband cut off the UPCs and noticed the waffle makers had different boxes. Say the same thing, but look different. one matches the # on the rebate form, but the other does not. So I am guessing the maker changed the box and UPC at some point. So hopefully it goes through ok. Do we just fill out the rebate form once for all products and include the receipt and UPCs together? Someone earlier mentioned having to do them separate, but why when it says you can do up to 2 of the same items? I got two waffle makers and 2 griddles. Thanks!
I had a similar problem so I emailed their customer service like two days ago. This morning they sent an email saying they credited my card with the rebate amount and to expect to see it in 14-30 business days. Hth
I called this morning and spoke with Jodi. She double checked and said to send it in with my other UPCs and it would not be a problem. So I wrote a note with it and she also documented my name and address for her call log she said.
My waffle maker UPC doesn’t match the one on the rebate form either. I just emailed Kohl’s customer service and will see what they say. I’m glad I’m not the only one with this problem! And I did mail all of my other rebates (I purchased 6 items total) seperately. Just to play it safe. I don’t want to have an error and be out $60.
I finally got the response back from kohl’s and the suggestion was to just send it in as is and hopefully it will go through! She said if I wanted i could contact the mfr and find out why they changed the bar code, but wasn’t sure what exactly that would do to help!??
I received 2 rebate checks today. Don’t know if I will get the one for the wafflemaker or not or if it is just a delay in the processing or the mail. I will let you all know if I get the 3rd rebate check
I got my first check today, but it was only $20 instead of the $40 I was expecting for 2 griddles and 2 waffle makers. So I called. talked to a really nice guy who is sending them a request to pull my rebate request and review it again. He said it looks like they only processed it for 1 of each machine. The only other one he shows processing for me is for the Babycakes pop maker. So he said no news will mean good news if I don’t hear back in the next 10 business days and to expect another check in the mail. otherwise they will call if there is a reason they are only giving me a rebate on one of each.
What was the phone number that you called? I assume I should follow up also…

Thank you — I did not call, but the website was very useful. I looked up the rebates for my three purchases and it says that the third one is in process and it has an offer date of 5 days after the others were submitted. It was up-to-date for me stating that the other 2 checks were mailed –those I have received. I will give it a little time in the processing before I get too concerned — Thanks again!

Does anyone know if the Packing Slip is the same as the Receipt for the Rebate form?
I think that the receipt for the rebate is the emailed order confirmation that we got from Kohl’s.
The lady at Kohls that I talked to this morning said to use my email receipt and circle the items on it. She also said to be safe, since I got two of each of my items, to notate that. So I circled the items then circled the quatities and hand wrote at the side 2 griddle and 2 waffle makers. Then I taped my UPCs on a piece of paper and wrote under them (griddle #1, griddle #2, etc). She didn’t want any to be overlooked she said.
Does anyone know if a rebate form needs to be completed and mailed seperately for each item or can all three be done on the same form? I’m having trouble locating that info. Thanks!!!
I called the number on the rebate form yesterday and talked to a really nice guy. He said sending them either way was fine. It is up to you. He did comment that if you had multiple submissions and your envelope was lost in the mail (it happens!), then having them all in one envelope was like putting all your eggs in one basket. I decided to send them separately.
I just noticed that I just responded to the second part of your question. You need to have a form for each item.
I was told yesterday if they are all on the same receipt you can do one envelope.
