I bought my voucher when I posted about it previously and haven’t tried to redeem it yet, so I am just not sure.
I tried and it worked right away with this voucher. I used it this morning.
You get your voucher right after payment, the next page, right away. It worked for me.

A lot of us have been trying to use this deal since yesterday morning. Their site is a MESS and everyone still hasn’t been able to place an order. All the coupon sites are now posting about this deal, which means the site is going to become even more bombarded, which this small company obviously can’t handle.
I was charged for three transactions and my orders didn’t even go through, now the items are out of stock, which means I now need a refund.
The deal almost isn’t worth all the aggravation.

Whenever I go to deals or to view voucher, it does not show up with a code just says “voucher code” where I would assume the code would be… Can anyone point me in the right direction? Checked and order was confirmed, charged and got confirmation e-mail but still no voucher in sight… Hope I get it before the end of this sale – so many cute items 🙂

Go to your account, check “Available deals”, press “View the voucher”.
You’ll get the page and on the top of it ten letters code ( near words Plum District, right corner of the page), you need to put it in the discount box of your ecomom cart.
The voucher shows no numbers – just says “voucher code” but there is no actual code… Guess I’ll keep checking otherwise e-mail cust service. thx!
Darn I just used an old Plum District Voucher a few days ago! I should have waited!
There are two different 40% off codes. I think you can use both…saturday40 and cyber40.
The fine print also says “may not be combined with other offers” – so could you use it with the other codes? It doesn’t seem like you would/should be able to…
To get $20 and $40 discount you don’t need to use any code, it is automatic. And you put your voucher in the discount box.
I don’t think that the black friday deal uses a code. I think the money just comes off once you have a certain amount in your cart.

I got this voucher yesterday, and if I am able to get in on the Black Friday portion of the deal, then GREAT, but if not, it is still and Outstanding deal ($15 for $50 worth of merchandise shipped!) So, I just want to say if you are about to purchase this deal, only do it if you can accept that this company is being bombarded, a large portion of their inventory is sold out, and their site is running slow trying to keep up with all of the people on it. (And I am not complaining at all. I am just trying to warn people so that they don’t become one of the thousands of people that ARE complaining. I am happy to hold onto my voucher until after Christmas and use it to get a high quality $50 toy for $15. Of course I would love the extra 40% off — but it is a Black Friday deal and I accept that not everyone who tries to score a BF deal is going to get what they want.)
plum district keep declining my card. dont get it!!!!
They did that to me too, saying the address didnt match the billing which wasnt true. I dont think it had anything to do with the card just too much traffic. I added in another card and it finally went though.

Do you enter the voucher number in the Promotional code box? I entered it in there and it took away the $20 discount I had and instead replaced it with a discount of $24.46 which is weird. I was expecting it to keep the $20 discount and take off an additional $50 for the voucher.

I tried to place an order yesterday and the website was really bogged down from all the extra shoppers. I called their customer service department and Jody, Ecomom’s CEO answered the phone. He told me to email my order to him directly and he would make sure one of his customer service representatives takes care of it. He told me it may take a few days but he will honor the black friday deal. I was also told if any of the items are out of stock he will make sure to get them asap. I emailed my order and received a very nice email back in less than an hour. I was very impressed with the exceptional customer service I received. My suggestion to all you hip2savers is to call the customer service number if you’re having trouble with the website.

The site is not working at all. I’m not sure how this will pan out. But it will be a great deal if they actually honor it and if they have any stock left. Right now a lot of the good things I want are out of stock. …Another company that had no idea how they’d get slammed after all the coupon blogs spread the word!
Which is NOT their fault – shows like Extreme Couponing has everyone jumping onboard to every blog out there to snag every deal they can – it’s going to get to the point that none of the smaller or medium size companies are going to be able to offer super sales, deals or freebies – because people get so angry and they don’t have the ability to keep up with the traffic.

You need to pay this $10 with your credit card.
40 off 100 = 60

I have been trying to place an order on and off for a day now and I still haven’t been able to get through!
I had everything ready to go, all codes and discounts applied, hit check out, and it emptied my cart. twice. i’ve been at it for over an hour now…..
Ditto. I found that on my browser (Chrome) that if I hit the back button, it empties my cart, but if I go back using my history, it’s still there. But, every time I click “Check Out” it’s dumping me off the site.
It’s emptying my cart while I’m trying to add things to it. Very annoying lol I’m going to try switching to IE and see if it helps.
That was happening to me too, and then, all of a sudden, it stopped dumping the cart. I thought “Oh, good, they must have the new servers up!” – got my shopping done in 3 minutes, and now have been trying to hit “Check Out” for 45 minutes now…. lol that’s what I get for thinking it was fixed! 🙂

I had $5 in my PlumDistrict account still, so I got this deal for $10. I tried checking out a couple times but they’re swamped, so I’m just going to try tomorrow. Ditto to the person who mentioned their FB message; they seem intent on setting things right.
I actually got the Voucher for $10! It gave me a $5.00 Plum discount! But i’m trying to order things.. I had 3 items in my cart then it went empty.. I added them again then went to look some more.. then again it was empty!!! UGHHH! =(

The “saturday40” and “cyber40” codes are for Plum District, when you buy the voucher.
