    Same thing happened to me – All Items Left My Cart When Checking Out! Waste of 2 hours shopping for nothing. I hope some of the Melissa and Doug items will be left to purchase. 🙁

    My credit card has been “processing” for 15 minutes now on Plum District. Geez. I sure wish I had done this deal earlier today when I first saw it! Even if it does process, there may be nothing left to buy on Ecomom! 🙂

      this has been by far the worst on line shopping experience I have ever had. The site crashes, empties your cart or will not process your credit card. Now I go back today and the items I want are out of stock…but they don’t say that till you wait the 5 minutes to try and add it to your cart. I can’t help but think of this as a horrible, ill prepared company. Shopping small and independent is not always best.

      I get to add everything to my cart and use my voucher but as soon as I hit that check out button, that is when it freezes on me and when I refresh, nothing happens and then I “log back” into the site and my shopping cart is empty.

    so I’m not the only one who has spent too many hours on this already and had their cart dumped, only to start over and get to the end and have it say “connecting” for ten minutes..it’s so frustrating, I finally wrote down all the things I have in my cart so if it gets dumped again I can try tomorrow..

    okay, guys. i just completed my order! here are two tips that worked for me:
    first, make sure you register AND save your credit card info on your account…then use that saved info to pay – worked FAST when i did that!
    second, once you fill your cart, open multiple tabs of it and then try the checkout process. if it fails and your cart empties in that tab, go to the next tab and your cart will STILL HAVE THE ITEMS IN IT! 🙂 then try again… i had five tabs open and the second one worked. good luck!

        after i had the items i wanted in my cart, i opened a new internet tab and typed in ecomom.com. then i clicked on my cart. i did that several times and THEN started the checkout process in the first tab. if ANYTHING went wrong, the other tabs KEPT my items in the cart.

        also – i have no idea if it makes a difference but i’m throwing it out there – i used firefox as my browser.

          if you don’t know how to open a new tab, try clicking “File” or hitting control+F to open “File” – there should be an option for “New Tab”…

      Has anyone in the last 30 minutes been able to get to the actual check out screen? I have 5 tabs open, and every time I click on check out it keeps reloading my shopping cart page – just like it’s refreshing. I’m not losing the items from my cart, but I just can’t get to the check out screen. So close…..yet so far from being done! 🙂

    Wow, I finally got my order placed after over 7 hrs! What is odd is when I went to checkout my cart held my original items which had appeared to be out of stock after my cart emptied repeatedly. I got all the items I wanted so don’t give up. It just takes a lot of time and patience. My cart held $103.97 in products and I paid $23.97 when you factor in the cost of the voucher. I got the cute Haba Doctor’s Suitcase, Haba Flower Pixie Beads, Sprig Eco Front-loader and Dump Truck, and a set of the Sugar Booger Sack Sacks. Great deal…I am just trying to come to terms with the time wasted at the computer when I should have been putting up my trees!

    Took forever but I got through. Create a profile, add a credit card, then wiggle with the checkout/log-in button until you get through. Patience is key but what a GREAT deal!

    I’ve noticed that some products are mislabeled as food or diapers when they are clearly toys. I was trying to purchase a puzzle and kept having trouble until I noticed it was labeled as “organic food” instead of “learning play”.

    Worked great for me this morning! Paid $10 for the voucher, and then got $70 in products for nothing more out of pocket! I originally had a baby lotion in my order and it wasn’t taking off the full amount, so I just switched for a different lotion and it worked.

    I did everything suggested above: I registered, I saved a credit card, I used multiple tabs, and STILL when I went to check out, it killed my cart. I am really, seriously considering contacting Plum District for a refund of my voucher money. I get that they’re a small company, and they’re (supposedly) working hard to fix the issue, but this is getting to be way, way, WAY more hassle than it’s worth!

    I havebeen working on getting this deal since last night. I had the plumdistrict code, and i tried this morning around 8:20am , as well. I had to keep on re-adding items to my cart, and didn’t get a couple things I really wanted. However, I’m very happy that from using a tip (listed above) to save my credit card info, and having MORE than usual patience, I got the items I wanted.     Everything is loaded in my cart still, I have hit Checkout at least ten times and it just keeps refreshing the page. Card is in the account along with hopefully still being logged in. It seems to log me out too. I want this order because theres an item that I didnt see before, that I really want now.

      I had this issue, and found that one of the items was out of stock, and thats why it was happening. Try refreshing your cart, and then see if there is an error message at the top.
