I used Google Chrome and didn’t have a problem seeing the box. I did notice I had to use all caps for the code to work though. I even went back in and made a second order, used all caps, and it went with no problem the first time.

You have to put your code in on the shopping cart page. See her picture above. If you go into checkout and put it in the pormotion code area it will not work. Not sure why it is this way. The picture above is from the shopping cart page. You will not see a box, just put your cursor before the “promo” and start typing “facebook10” you wont see what you writing. Then hit the promo button. I hope this helps you.

The site is slow and hard to navigate checkout because not all of the icons are loading right, but patience is a virtue. 🙂 When you’re checking out, try pressing enter after you have put in all of your information instead of trying to figure out which icon to press.

the code won’t work if something is sold out and you don’t realize it. check and make sure what you’re trying to buy is in stock. click in the code box and type it in, even if you don’t see it when you’re typing, it’s still there. make sure it’s in all caps. then hit apply. I had some problems too when I had shoes in my cart that sold out while I was trying to buy them. it kept telling me the code was invalid, but that wasn’t the true problem.
I had issues with the site as well. I finally called and placed the order on the phone. I had to call 5 times before they answered. But it was worth it…awesome cute shoes for $7.99 shipped!!
