    Has anyone else ever had an issue w/ this company? I ordered from them over 2 weeks ago & I have only rec’d my confirmation of my order on the day that I placed it. I tried contacting them to see if I could get the status of my order & I haven’t gotten anything. Also, for some reason I can’t log in to their website… It says my email & password don’t match but yet it won’t send me a reset link or anything. Quite odd…

      I ordered from them last time this deal was available and have had a terrible time with the order. I tried to contact the company because I hadn’t received it, but never received a response. I finally got part of the order and tried to contact them again to figure out where the rest was, but still no response. Probably 3 weeks later another shipment arrived, but it still was missing 2 items. I’ve never received those. The products are nice, but I wouldn’t bother with this one again.

        I had the same type of issue, took a long time to send out, items missing, items credited, other items still missing, etc… This is how I got it solved. I sent an email explaining all the errors that had occurred and how it still wasn’t right and how frustrated I was to the following email addresses:

        cs@locknlockplace.com, sales@locknlockplace.com, shipping@locknlockplace.com

        That hits up the Customer Service manager, the sales manager, and the shipping manager all at the same time. They had it resolved within the day and my missing containers received within two.

            Thank you!!! I just may have to try that too. They have some terrible customer service. I had bought a voucher from Plumdistrict a little while back & even waited about 3 weeks after I bought it to use it so that way I could try & avoid any communication problems that I might come across but it seems as though my plan didn’t work!     I’ve ordered from locl&lock twice with vouchers. I’m still waiting on some items that were not sent and the customer service is lousy/nonexistant.

    To get the voucher code to work- you have to sign in or create an account and sign in first.

    If you already have an account, but can’t sign in, it’s likely due to them changing to a new site. You have to go through resetting/forgot password, get the email and change your password.

    I got a $5 credit when I had to set up the account again with their new site but be aware of:
    1. They won’t have all of your previous orders showing on the new site, the email they sent says it might be weeks :(.

    2. Trying to get them to contact you/resolve an issue is almost impossible.

    Despite these issues, and the fact that I’m still missing 4 pieces from my original order, I already placed my second order with a plum district voucher because the containers are great!

    Make sure you are logged into your account before applying the code!! Also make sure your total before shipping is at least $50. If you don’t have an account, create one first, and then go back to your cart to apply the code. This at least worked for me!!

      I had a $4 credit in my eversave account, use the promo CyBER to buy the voucher for $16. I had a $5 credit at locknlockplace for items that I ordered last time with my plum district voucher that were out of stock. Total for 38 containers $16.99 OOP, or .45 cents apiece! Two presents for my mother and sister n law taken care of!!

    These containers look very similar to Snapware, which I love. There is actually a coupon for Snapware on SmartSource right now and the $40 set will be half price at Shopko in a few days. I just got the ad yesterday in the mail, but it’s not posted on their website yet. Actually Shopko’s website doesn’t have any Snapware on it – maybe they only sell it in stores?

      They are similar to alot of products out there but I like the fact that most of their items, including the glass, are BPA free. On the eve of Thanksgiving I shopped for the second time at Lock & Lock. I was able to get (2) Silby Ceramic Round 6.7″(W), 2.8″(H), Container 16 pcs Set for 9.99/ea, (2) Lock&Lock BOROSEAL, Borosilicate Glass, 10-Piece Set/5-Containers for 9.99/ea. I also got the $5 credit for logging in to the new site. The first time I bought from them I got everything I ordered. It was well packed and I had no problems. I did email them in reference to one of the glass items in my last order and haven’t heard from them though.

      I havent used the glass ones, so I can’t say on those. But I grabbed a whole set awhile back in the plastic and really love them. They are very high quality, non-staining, and stackable. The glass ones are more pricey, and you can get enough of the clearance items to stock two kitchens.

    I bought one of these vouchers when they were on Plum District recently, and I have to say that I didn’t have any problems. My order wasn’t missing anything and I got it the next week! Their customer service is probably slammed right now due to the black friday sale etc. Also, I got an e-mail a few days ago saying that they were moving to a new site and I needed to set up my account again with a new password, so if anyone’s having trouble with their old password working then that’s probably why.

    It took me awhile to get my voucher to work. Creating an account, logging in and THEN applying it worked for me. It did not work while I wasn’t logged in.

    Awesome deal. I got 30 items, and I am SORELY in need of food storage. My husband keeps bringing my containers to work and forgetting to bring them home!

    I HAVE HAD THE WORST TIME WITH THIS VOUCHER AND COMPANY. I purchased it when it was posted weeks ago, and I STILL don’t have my lock and lock. I was working w/ a cust svc rep, and have since heard nothing. I’m very angry and very disapointed! They told me originally that my order was “Lost” and they were going to give me my order, and needed to confirm it. That has been done, and still, no lock and lock!

    AVOID THIS IF YOU CAN, BUY IT ON QVC FOR A GOOD DEAL! NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE!

    Nice enough quality but a headache to get what you want or close to what you originally ordered. Took forever to get the proper assistance…they only sent my first page order and missed other two pages of order. It was their error and everything else ordered was depleted on other two pages once I got ahold of them to point out their error. Their phone line was down at the time and kept going to voicemail. Finally got ahold of someone and was assured someone would call me back to assist me. This never happened so I made another two calls and finally got someone to assist me. For my headache on all these issues they gave me a free sponge….whoopppee! Management was advised too on what took place. So from start to finish with my order and calls made about 15 calls and took about 20 days to resolve.

    I also have had an issue with them. I ordered a few weeks ago and other than the order confirmation number that shows up on the page after your order is placed I have heard nothing from them. Not one email. When I log in to their website it shows I have no orders but they have taken my money.

      I’ve had pretty much the same thing happen to me… Only I can’t even log into their website, it says that my email/password don’t match but that my email is under use & when I try to change my password I get nothing from the company to reset it. Definitely quite annoying to email them & try to get ahold of someone but get nothing in return!

    The locknlock 100.00 gift cards are marked down to 40.00 when you go to purchase. I saw it once I reached the final review page. (must have an account first) So I bought the gift card and then bought the voucher from eversave for 20.00. Spent 60.00 for 150.00 to spend at locknlock!!!!

          Finally got thru to CS and she said they are having problems sending emails to several different addresses including those ending in sbcglobal.net (like mine). she said I need to send it to another address (which I dont have) to get this to work. She said yahoo.com seems to be working fine, so Im off to create a yahoo email address…ugg! What a headache!

      I followed your instructions to the letter and still no luck. It says the code is invalid. This is after I created an account, got the verification email, clicked on the link and then attempted to place an order. Is anyone still having this problem with it saying the code is not valid? I’m really bummed.

        Make sure there are no spaces in front of or behind your voucher code. Make sure the voucher code is correct. Empty your cart, make sure you are logged in to an email verified account, add your items, add your promo code.

    I have had the same issues that many others have had with this company. I purchased a voucher from Plum District months ago when they had it. It took forever for me to get the merchandise, and then when it came some of my items were missing. I e-mailed the company, and never heard a response. A week later I got another shipment with one of the missing items, but I never heard anything back from the company (nor did I get the rest of my order). The product is great, but the company is terrible!

    Anyone else purchase more than one voucher and have trouble redeeming the second one? The Eversave website says you may purchase up to 5 vouchers. I purchased two with an absolutely flawless transaction on the first redemption but when I try to place my second order, my code is “invalid”.

    I’ve deleted cookies, logged out, logged back in, tried regularly priced merchandise, clearance merchandise, verified that my order exceeds $50, double checked spaces – correct letters – correct numbers and nothing works.

    Ok, I must be crazy….
    For the past two days, I have tried to login to my old account which of course does not work because they changed their site. Last night I tried to register for a new account and I have not received the email confirmation to change my password on the old account or to verify the new account. So, reading everyone’s comments this morning, I tried to register with a yahoo account and now the website keeps looping and isn’t even letting me create a new account.
    To top it off, I just tried to add items to my shopping cart and it is not adding anything! What is going on? This happened to me last time with the Living Social deal and all the good stuff was gone by the time I got it to work. Anyone else having the same trouble today or has everyone figured it out!?
    I’ve rebooted my computer, cleared cookies, etc. Is it just their website? Or is it user error?!

    I used my $50 voucher on LocknLock.com on November 30th. They took my payment on December 2nd and I have not heard a word yet and these were Christmas gifts! When I call it is ALWAYS a busy signal. I got through one time – a few days ago and the girl said they would ship it out that day and call me back with the tracking number…. she never did and my order STILL says processing. I have emailed them 4 times. They replied to my email ONE of those times and didn’t even answer my questions. I’m getting super fed up. Is anyone else having problems?

      Despite selling great products, their customer service is horrible. Both of my orders are missing more than half of what I ordered and I can’t get a response from anyone. They have until the first of the year to either reply to my inquiries or ship the remainder of my order or I’m calling my credit card company and filing a chargeback.

      There are numerous complaints regarding their customer service (or lack of) and half shipped orders. I’m so sorry you’re having problems as well. You’re not alone but unfortunately there’s not much that can be done if they won’t be of any assistance.

      You may want to try complaining to Eversave as they have a customer guarantee shown on their homepage. I know it’s not their fault but maybe they could help?
