How do you check your balance??….other than going to the store
I went online and put some random thing in my cart. went to check out and was able to type in my reward card and hit “check balance”. only $10 🙁

If you place something in your shopping bag and attempt to check out, they’ll ask for any gift card numbers and pin. plug in the numbers and it’ll tell you. just make sure you remove it if you decide not to use it.
Put something in your shopping cart and then when you go to checkout you can enter the code and it will let you know what the card balance is. Make sure to cancel it though so your card wont be charged!

Allow it, then go in to your privacy settings and remove the application. I do that every time I’m forced to “allow” things on FB.

I am having the same problem
I was going to ask the same question. I just keep getting the FB page over and over again.
I clicked a few times and eventually it worked.
I switched from IE to Google Chrome and then it worked.
The card comes up in a separate window as a pop up.
I was having that problem, but then I switched browsers and it worked–Google Chrome was blocking the pop-up. Firefox worked for me.

I did it on my iPhone through Google…but when it said get your card after I registered I couldn’t because you print it. Then I checked the e-mail I used to register and it was in there! Yay! On hold with customer service now to see what I got! Thanks Collin!

When you click on Collin’s first link it says the cards are all out for today 🙁 Have to try again tomorrow @ 9am.
Maura, you can’t check the balance until you check out either online or in the store, or over the phone. Although the fine print does say that whatever balance is leftover stays on the card and can be used until 12/21. So I’d just buy something that’s 10 bucks, because then if you get the free $10 then it’s a free item and if there is more on the card, you can always go back.
lTried to get the Victoria’s Secret card and I couldn’t get past the get your card spot, everytime I hit the button nothing happened.
