having problems, i got to the inputing the info page, but now it keeps having me click the activt my membership, pushed it about 20 times. may try back later in the day.
After you click Activate it will make the button disappear and then at the top of the form says “This action is unavailable at this time, please try again later.” =/

There should be a large button that says “Activate Membership” under the payment info. If it’s not there, refresh the page until it is. The first couple of times I got to the page, that button was not there and I thought I had to enter my cc info. Of course, now I’m getting the message that “This action is unavailable at this time, please try again later.” I guess I’ll just keep clicking that button… 🙂

It doesn’t seem to want to go without entering payment info and I am not going to do that. It just keeps taking me right back to the form every time.
It says credit card info is optional but mine won’t go thru.
I wonder if that’s the reason why.
If they charge you, you can always call your credit card company and request a chargeback. I entered my info and then called them to make sure I got the free year and they verified I did. Also, I went into my acct settings to turn off auto renewal.

Just a little warning that 2-day shipping does NOT mean that you’ll get your order in 2 days. For example, I placed a Toys R Us order on Sunday. It didn’t get delivered until Thursday night at 7:00 PM (5 days later). When I called to complain, they said that is normal and you have to also allow for “processing time” at the warehouse. I can’t really complain, as I’m only using a free trial, but if I had paid $79 for the service I’d be fuming!
I keep clicking on the activate membership and it keeps taking me to their site where it says only 30 day free trial… am I missing something???

Ok I am very excited about getting the deal………but I honestly just know that we get 2 day free shipping. Do I have to log in to ShopRunner first then go to the store I want to buy from? And does that mean I can’t use ebates or shopathome for cash back.

Customer service just told me if I had the 30 day trial that I could not sign up for it and get it for free…anybody else having this problem
I think you can go to your account and cancel the trial. Then you can get this! (I’m pretty sure at least) HTH!

Well during Christmas especially, we all have to be a little flexible due to unexpected weather delays and the busiest season for all the shipping companies. That would be a UPS or FedEx problem or a delay from the retailer you are shopping at, I suspect. Not ShopRunner’s fault.
I find it interesting that my order from Amazon DID arrive in 2 days, while this one through Toys R Us and Shop Runner took 5. I’m just warning people that it sounds great on the surface, but don’t rely on 2-day shipping if you really need something to be there. I’m glad this was a trial. It’s taught me to stick with Amazon. Furthermore, Toys R Us sent me the WRONG item after 5 days. Now I have to wait until they receive the the wrong item that I ship back to them before they will ship the correct item. All in all I expect it will be about 2 weeks before the correct item is delivered with my “2-day Shoprunner shipping.” When Amazon has shipped the wrong item or a damaged item, they immediately ship out a replacement, no questions asked. The customer service doesn’t compare to this toys r us/shoprunner mess!
Amazon has unreal customer service and lightning fast shipping with Prime. I totally agree that if you have to choose, Prime is for sure the way to go. Toys R Us…..meh. They are always fairly slow with shipping and their customer service pretty much sucks. It’s totally TRU’s fault for sure. I guess for me, it is more about the “free” as opposed to the 2-day crap.

Does anyone know if they did the 30 day trial are they still eligible for the one year free? I just cancelled my 30 day trial yesterday and I remember it saying that I would not be eligible for another free trial. Is this considered something different? I just dont want to get charged $79.
