        I think u’re right, I spend a LOT OF TIME HERE< yet I get only 75% of the deals, I think we should be apreciative to these companies, and to COLIN who does all this work for us and reads about our frustration moments, that recently I can find in any Great deal. that is offered.

          I don’t think the comment was directed towards Colin, who does a wonderful job of bringing us info about all the great deals. I think Rose was just expressing her frustration.

          Companies ABSOLUTELY do not HAVE to offer freebies or anything else. BUT, if they are going to offer them, they should ensure that their sites are capable of handling the traffic. I don’t believe it’s a sense of entitlement for EVERYONE who complains (however, some ppl definitely feel entitled) – they have a right to complain when a company is unable to fulfill their voluntary obligation to offer these deals.

    Such a great deal – have saved $244 in shipping since I signed up with the free deal last time! My grandma is really sick with cancer right now and it was a blessing to have this since my mom can’t get out shopping as much as she would like.     Just called customer service @ShopRunner & they said it is down again & have a team working to get it back up. They are thinking eta for it to be live again is 1hr+. So keep trying!!! Rep said Firefox was the best for accessing this promo. Good Luck!! I am dying to try this myself & hoping to get it!

      When I click on it, it runs for a couple seconds, then says “system error.”
