I also had a very positive experience with the company last month. I ordered a pair of socks for my daughter at college as a fun thing to find in her mailbox (the I Love Reading pair). I had originally selected a pair with angels on them, but got a call from the company saying they only had one pair left and that pair did not meet their quality standards. I had been having a hard time deciding between the two types anyway, so no problem. The delivery was prompt and presentation was terrific. The socks are very nice quality, MUCH better than I expected.
