I can definitely vouch for the tea maker and also the jasmine tropica blend. I have both and I love the tea maker and the tea- I was told that you can use the tea more than one time.

received an email this morning that my order could be delayed up to 30 days! they are out of stock I ordered a $10 gift card and a $25 gift card! They have already charged me for my order I am going to have to call some time today and find out what is going on, anyone else get an email also?

I am wondering the same thing, I almost hope they ran out of the free sample if that is the case I will just tell them to ship the gift cards I need them in time for Christmas. If they really did run out of gift cards I guess I will have them cancel the order and refund my money. I sent them an email this morning asking for more details, if they don’t respond I will call them later, I have to much running around this morning to try and deal with it now.

Ok I’m not sure why they sent the out of stock emails. I got one yesterday, this morning I got a shipment email and the mail just came and I got my order?!?!!!
and now today 12/9 I got an email saying all my order has shipped lol.
i got my order today and there were no samples in it- anyone else having this problem? i tried to call and there were 40 calls ahead of mine!
I am so disappointed in Teavana! I ordered a $25 gift card and some tea using the Take10 promo code. In my cart it showed that the $10 was taken off. Then when I get my confirmation email, it showed everything at full price. I sent them an email about this almost a week ago…nothing! So then I called customer service and after sitting on hold for more than an hour, I was told that that promo code couldn’t be used if you were buying gift cards! I explained that it showed it working in my cart and that I wouldn’t have made the purchase if it said it wouldn’t work. They finally agreed to send me a $10 gift card. I did get the sample with my order.
I didn’t get a sample with my order, either, and they charged me for shipping even though I ordered during the free shipping promo. Both the online account and email confirmation show that I received free shipping. They haven’t responded to two emails asking about it – the first on 12/11 and the follow-up this past Monday – so I guess I’ll have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. My first Teavana order, and I’m pretty unhappy with them.
