How do you add the robe?
A little drop down box pops up under the perfume that says “select free gift” or something like that you and have to pick one. It didn’t show up for me at first but when I went back the menu was there.

When I go through PayPal, it keeps charging me 5.95 for shipping, even though my shopping cart says free shipping. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Keep trying. I was charged but went back through the process and it worked. I do not know what I did differently.
I thought the same thing because it shows as $5.95 for shipping but when I completed the transaction it didn’t charge it, only tax. So my order was $32.78. It’s misleading but it doesn’t actually charge it. Hope that helps 🙂

The Ulta site is an absolute horror to a consumer. It has given error message after error message- keeps dropping things out of my cart, charging shipping or changing the free item to $35.00. I have been trying for 25 minutes to checkout.

At first I was using candles for my fregrance because there was a nice buy two get two deal and there listed under fregrance. It dosen’t work. It worked when I picked a liquid fregrance. Free bag, robe and shipping worked great. Paid with paypal for the three extra samples. Great deal!!!!!!!

In the free beauty bag fine print it does say that it cannot be combined with another offer so maybe that’s why.

Just a warning that I did a deal like this last year and the featured gift with samples was NOT what I received. The sample shown included name brand goodies (philosophy, bare escentuals, etc.) and the one I received definitely did not. It took what felt like forever to be delivered too. I’ve stuck with Sephora ever since.

That’s exactly what I did & it too worked for me. I spent over an hour trying to place my order along with the “help” of customer service…. I’m nervous , she had me give her my email address, then she had me restart my computer, switch to internet Explorer instead of Mozilla ( which didn’t help the problem), then she was talking about cookies on my computer that would freeze my screen, then she wanted all of my credit card info again, when I told her that I thought I would just skip this order & open a different account under my son’s name & start over she was SOOOO against that, but I told her thanks for her help. When I went back to their site (on Mozilla, same complete info, except I thought maybe removing the 3 samples they were offering would help & THAT actually worked! I am so praying that this isn’t a shady site, or the lady I spoke with isn’t shady…..
Now when I checked my email today, there wasn’t a notice from this company, but a 3.50 off 10.00 coupon . when I went to the site & checked my account, it said there was no order history… I don’t guess my order went through after all. 🙁

I did this deal a week or so ago and got my stuff in the mail already, the bag has the stuff in the picture, samples of fragrances and facial products mostly. I got the pink stripe robe and it’s very soft and fuzzy : ) I got Pure DKNY for women though and spent a little more because I love how it smells. Shipping was very fast!

Hmm, it seems better to use the 25% off code it took $13.75 off of my $55 cologne + the free gift sample bag purchase. Shipping is $5.95. So my total is $47.20.
This is an option if you DONT want the robe as a free gift. As per the comments above they run small (im plus size and hubby does’nt wear robes, I don’t have anyone to give it to).
So instead of paying $55, Im saving that extra $7.80
it wont let you use the 25% off AND get free shipping. So its one or the other

I hope that you all get your robes. I tried this deal last year—received fragrances but no robe. It was even listed on the packing slip. Called customer service—she said they ran out. Questioned why it would be on the packing slip and she had no explanation. Said she would send me a ten dollar gift card to “make it right”. Never received it. Never will shop Ulta again. Hope it is a better experience for you this year.
